ओडिशा के नए मुख्यमंत्री मोहन चरण माझी ने बुधवार (12 जून) को नए सीएम के तौर पर शपथ ली. ओडिशा सरकार के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में 8 भाजपा विधायकों ने सीएम मोहन चरण माझी और दो उपमुख्यमंत्री के तौर पर कनक वर्धन सिंह देव और प्रवति परीडा ने भी शपथ ली.
ओडिशा के मनोनीत सीएम मोहन चरण माझी ने भुवनेश्वर के जनता मैदान में मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली. इसके बाद बीजेपी नेता कनक वर्धन सिंह देव ने भुवनेश्वर के जनता मैदान में उपमुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली. इसी कड़ी में ओडिशा की मनोनीत उपमुख्यमंत्री प्रवति परीडा ने भुवनेश्वर के जनता मैदान में उपमुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली. इसके अलावा ओडिशा के सीएम मोहन माझी की कैबिनेट में सुरेश पुजारी, रविनारायण नाइक, नित्यानंद गोंड, कृष्ण चंद्र पात्रा ने मंत्रियों के तौर पर शपथ ली.
