    I tried this on a 7 foot dude in a pit at a show.I tried to power it and it did not work.Man he was slow.He came at me i spun him around and drove him to the wall .Then bouncers from every where dragged him off,left me standing there.Did it to a friend with no power flipped him into the frig.Thanks this helps lots!

    Hi Nick, after watching this, i dont know what is right or not right to do. If i put a wrist lock, u stay relax, then I'll be the one who is out of posture.

    Great Video .. very interesting theories requires very small amount of energy to get the through done, i do Brazilian jiujitsu and Sambo. they Both require much more strengh to do a through!

    Have a quick question why do they throw themselves ? is it to reduce the pain or something?

    Thanks I study Taekwondo but this is what wanted to study Akido but its far away from me..
