Forza Horizon 5 RTX4070 - First 18min

As title said, I am testing out recording with OBS to provide the best viewing experience for everyone.
Excuse my driving, I am not a good driver :)
I am testing this with FH5 with max graphics, with OBS set to record at 60fps.
For people asking what specs and Laptop I am using:
Processor : 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900HX, 24C (8P + 16E) / 32T, P-core up to 5.4GHz, E-core up to 3.9GHz, 36MB
GPU : NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4070 8GB GDDR6, Boost Clock 2175MHz, TGP 140W
Memory: 32GB, DDR5-6000

I do see dips in this and wondering if it is worth recording at 120fps if youtube only allows 60fps.
