Thank you, I'm realising there are so many more things you can achieve through game maker, before I saw this I had been experiencing some problems maintaining the momentum of my player in the bullet before it was released, to get the accurate speed and direction. I'm taking mental notes📝📝📝
What I think now, I really need to do is to find a way to add both the player and stationary bullet vectors, and let my bullet move off into that new direction and it's speed.

hello, I saw that you are doing well with gamemaker, I also have a problem: I play a game with coins and I save mechanically in room 1 when I enter room 2 where the action of the game takes place, when I return to the end of the game in room 1 it does not save my coins won in the game, this is because it saves in room 1, I don't know how to save only the points and be able to see them in room 1 after the game! I can't save after the game because it stays in room 2, can you help me with a solution? I don't know if you can help me!
