Hearing about your living struggles is so relatable. I have dealt with similar kinds of stress situations: from increased rent on crappy apartment and sh*ty landlord, to being harassed for an entire year my mentally ill neighbors (no joke, the owner told me my neighbor was mentally ill and I ignored it. Big mistake) I’m in therapy still dealing with my living situations. Just know you’re not alone. You have every right to want a better living situation. Also, don’t be afraid to go for the place you want because ya never know how well it can turn out for you. Good luck on your search 😊

Fleas are the worst. I nearly lost my mind two years ago when we tried to get rid of them, and the worst part was after we deflead my cat and all those fleas couldn’t bite him anymore and started biting us😭 I also apparently had allergies to flea bites because only I had visible bite marks... ugh. Luckily it’s dealt with now
I’m watching your recent stuff all out of order, but it’s so rough seeing your struggle with the manga content. As someone trying to work up the courage to maybe start my own channel (where I would want to talk about books and comics and manga), it frustrates me to no end that the algorithm punishes so many creators for making the content they want. But at the end of the day, this is your livelihood and you have to do what you need to protect it. You’re a strong creator and I think a lot of us will watch you no matter what you are doing. My cats got fleas earlier this year from the dog at my son’s dad house. I saw her scratching and just knew there was going to be an issue. Thankfully the back of the neck stuff got rid of them relatively quickly with a combination of combing them and washing everything constantly. I feel you on being awake just thinking about it because that was me for weeks until I stopped seeing them. Only the best positive vibes on the new house!!!

I’ve just turned 29 and I’ve never lived on my own. I’ve never felt at ‘home’ anywhere. I’ve been with my parents back and forth my whole life - lived with friends every few years and if I’ve not been with them, I’ve been back with parents. It’s been horrendous. I’ve basically lived in a box, no space for myself and it’s been awful… but I’m currently waiting for a response from my solicitor on a one bedroom flat I’m trying to purchase. I am praying and really hope you get this flat Gav. I believe you will, and I believe I’ll get mine too - we have to trust in that ❤

Flea infestation is a canon first-time cat owner/indoor cat owner event! Fleas can come into the house in a myriad of ways, which is why even indoor cats need to be deflead semi-regularly. Hope the situation is better by now, and I hope you got the house! Also, don't forget to deworm the cats, if you don't do that already, because fleas can carry worm eggs, which your cat can then ingest if they ingest a flea.

Praying for you Gavin, moving is soooooooooo stressful. The last time we moved my girlfriend and I almost broke up because of it. Fleas are a nightmare! Their lifecycle is 12 weeks long so keep on top of the treatment for the cats for the next few months, prescription products are generally most effective so if you struggle ask your vet. Only adult fleas live on the cats, their eggs and larvae live in the environment so you need to treat the house too, not just clean, you can buy sprays online (indorex is a good one). Good luck!
With the cats buy online some Johnson’s flea tablets, they come in a box of six and they will kill the fleas off. There are also some amazing drops by a company called Itch and pop some of those on. The tablets are the most important bit though and will help you quickly get this problem under control xx
Make sure you hoover everyday, get some household spray to go round all the edges. You will be fine my lovely and everything will all work out right in the end xx

Flea infestation is a canon first-time cat owner/indoor cat owner event! Fleas can come into the house in a myriad of ways, which is why even indoor cats need to be deflead semi-regularly. Hope the situation is better by now, and I hope you got the house! Also, don't forget to deworm the cats, if you don't do that already, because fleas can carry worm eggs, which your cat can then ingest if they ingest a flea.

Praying for you Gavin, moving is soooooooooo stressful. The last time we moved my girlfriend and I almost broke up because of it. Both of us were angry and on edge and at each other's throats the 2-3 days it took to move. Never want to experience that stress again, but i might have to move again next year for work

Fleas are a nightmare! Their lifecycle is 12 weeks long so keep on top of the treatment for the cats for the next few months, prescription products are generally most effective so if you struggle ask your vet. Only adult fleas live on the cats, their eggs and larvae live in the environment so you need to treat the house too, not just clean, you can buy sprays online (indorex is a good one). Good luck!

With the cats buy online some Johnson’s flea tablets, they come in a box of six and they will kill the fleas off. There are also some amazing drops by a company called Itch and pop some of those on. The tablets are the most important bit though and will help you quickly get this problem under control xx
You have to keep on with the tablets and drops on the cats, the tablets start working within 15 minutes
Make sure you hoover everyday, get some household spray to go round all the edges.
You will be fine my lovely and everything will all work out right in the end xx
