- Designing a massive waterfall is always fun - building it can be a challenge. This is the first part of a large waterfall-building series. Today we strap rocks and talk about rock placement, which is critical to the final appeal of running water.

I am glad you are back on this job. I am excited to see this project through completion.
I can’t wait to see everything done on this project!
The carpenters just started building the bridge!
If not the most involved private Aquascape feature, y'all have done, it has to be close to it! SOOO many moving parts... Just wow!!
It’s definitely up in the top 10 residential projects!
Glad you’re back on this project. They way you can look at an ugly pile of mud, plastic and rocks and visualize a beautiful stream and waterfalls really impresses me.
Thanks Jim!
It’s taken me a few years to get to this point......
Thank you Ed for showing and explaining the details for this amazing project. What an awesome property!

It’s taken me a few decades to get to this point but I can definitely see the end result!
It’s Ed!
Ed help me out please buddy, i love your work. Im working on a 40m stream 5-6m head height. I want to achieve at least 6500 GPH. Supply is from a lake. What style of pumps would you recommend? Thanks !
The only thing that irritates me with this amazing project is that I want to see it finished NOW. I cant wait any longer 😄
It’s all coming together!
Hi Ed, why did you not use centipedes on the pooling area?
Great question!
We’re not looking for any filtration of the pond water just creating a distribution system.
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
no violence just a bigger hammer
Exactly!
Where is this going? Like who’s house is this?
Where’s the stream going???
There’s a large natural pond on the property and the owner wanted a way to connect the outdoor patios and entertainment areas with the lake so this was a great solution!
He also wants to try and block some of the sound from the nearby road
What’#’ river stone?
This was a mix of 3/4” washed River Rock and 11/2” Washed River Rock
It’s different around the country, where are you located?
Can you tell us gravel’#’
