I also have 4C hair and have found that even a simple routine plus being consistent has made my growth rate faster than it used to be when I wasn’t aware of how to care for my hair fr😭😭 it’s a process for sure but very rewarding !
@@kezzywezzyy I’d say actually use protective styles that let your hair breath- like mini twists or mini braids, since your hair is longer you can keep it stretched mostly with those and keep your scalp clean by washing more often it helps with moisture 🙏🏾🗣️
