  • MIRDC developed the "Servo Forging/Stamping System for Metal Forming" targeted at high-complexity structural workpieces. By incorporating simulation prediction and process parameter control concepts into the forging process development, it can predict and control the accuracy of the forged parts, providing optimal process parameters, and nearly achieving a single-stage near-net-shape forging. This results in the forged part being a finished product, significantly reducing processing time and production costs. It offers a solution to the long-standing challenge of pre-set forming methods relying on experienced machine operators, an issue that has held back agile product development.
    金屬中心研發《伺服鍛壓精密設計數位成形工法》針對高複雜結構工件,運用以模擬預測、製程參數控制概念導入鍛造製程開發,可預知及控制鍛件精度,提供最佳製程參數,幾乎達到一道次近淨形鍛造,使鍛件即成品,大幅縮短加工時程及降低生產成本。並與市售伺服鍛造結合使用,可解決傳統伺服鍛造所造成的固定成形模式、依賴人員經驗調模及限制產品開發彈性。
