As an agile coach, I had the pleasure of training PO's in applying KANO, and only now looking back, I realize many of my endeavors that gave ma pleasure, were all related to analysis heavy activities. I have designed my own framework to cover some areas I thought were either missing or underdeveloped in the transition from ITIL to Agile, it all now falls into place within this new career perspective, and having seen the second part of this Bootcamp, I can't wait to visit the other chapters as well. I'm learning a lot! Thanks again! One question though: the slides are a little hard to read, do you offer a slide deck per session for download? Or is that IP behind a paywall? Thanks in advance!

Hi, thank you for your question. Adaptive Approach refers to one of the methods you can apply to your project. "Predictive" which aligns more to the waterfall approach of running a project, with a clear linear path and sequence of activities. While adaptive leans more towards the agile approach where you work more iteratively towards an objective. Dependant on the situation the company is in (type of projects, industry and organisation) you might want to go for either an adaptive or predictive approach.

Yes, the first few episodes are lacking quality. We will be working in 2024 to improve the quality. From episode 5 onwards it becomes better.
