Kinda digging this LED kit.
I'm somewhat more fond of the official one's startup (head, and then fading in the body, off is fading out body and then head off).
Might still grab this for my pg unicorn though.
Can you explain the difference between this and bandai?

From what I've seen:
1: Light strength.
The Kosmos kit has a higher output.
The Kosmos kit also has a dimmable light, official bandai one is one strength only (as far as I know).
2: Light modi.
This kit has a bunch of different patterns, which are shown off in the video.
Bandai's kit only has "3".
1: "head fade on", it stays on, no clear breathing effect.
2:" body fade on", head stays on and the body rapidly fades on and starts a slight breathing effect, it's much more nuanced than the Kosmos kit in a sense that is doesn't cycle trough an "off" moment, but it's harder to notice during the day.
3: "fade off", slowly fades off the body and after that it slowly fades off the head and everything stays off after that.
You'll have to cycle trough all modes by pressing a button in the front of the base, but mode 2 will automatically switch off after a couple of minutes.
3: Controll.
The Kosmos kit seems to be RF controlled, the Bandai kit only has an on/off switch and a button to cycle trough the modi.
4: Quality (assumption)
The Kosmos kit looks like a less dense kind of plastic than the Bandai one, which would make it a bit more fragile, but it's judging a book by it's cover as I'm basing it on the lighter color of the Kosmos kit versus the darker Bandai kit.

The PG Unicorn is a special kit to me, as it got me "back" into gundam and gunpla. My sister took it with her on a plane from Australia to The Netherlands.
Ohh, bandai Phenex or danbai?
Got both Unicorn and Banshee, so I'm kind of itching to buy a Phenex, but the bandai ones are not produced all that often and cost quite a lot (for a single kit).
Since the shield parts seem to be held in place by tape, you might want to try using some black (and maybe silver sandwiched between) paint to prevent light bleeding, or clear blue?
That was the real "letdown" for this kit, as far as I could tell from this video.
If you got Kosmos' LED how did you manage to follow the manual? (Since its not in eng)

Is the cord from the body to the backpack a good length? I used the Bandai LED for my PG Unicorn, and the cord was so short I broke it when connecting it to the backpack. Thankfully, I was able to glue the circuit piece back on.
I bought the KOSMOS LED for my PG Banshee. How did you get only the eyes to light up? On 4 my body lights up and then the eyes.

the only thing I don't like about this kit is the color accuracy, they should have made the white in to a lightish green just like with the Gundam fix figuration.
Isn't that for the crystalline version? After the final battle? I know that's the case with the gundam base hg version (though, that can also be build as the "final battle" version with greenish armour.)
@@DCG909 no, go google the GFF unicorn final battle version. They got it right there unlike this PG is only a color variant of the phyco frame
