I started my own a few days ago I’m at 17 at the moment (with a few classic figs, the OG bat lord and the witch) but it’s been so fun!!! I’m mostly only a Star Wars army builder but I’ve loved the change in pace I hope you have a wicked collection as time goes and you have fun doing it!!!
I order from Europe all the time, also i believe the chrome helmet you have in the beginning is the gold one from adventurers not the silver from Cedric
Fright Knights is probably my favorite castle faction. They are so underrated.

You're right, US sellers are ridiculous on part prices at times and going outside of the country is a very viable option for certain things.
I wish I followed my own advice. Sometimes my impatience is why I opt for U.S. sellers.

Where did you get the fright knights flag, it doesnt look old enough to be from the 90s.
Bricklink. It's a genuine Fright Knight flag. Seller kept it mint for sure but it wasn't cheap lol.
