He's funny but I dislike that he's basically doing a bunch of made up bits on the show instead of talking like a real person. Notice how much weird stuff seems to happen around him all the time, like the airport lost kid story for example. That kind of stuff could happen, but not around the same person time and time again. If Ant or Jimmy talk about their experiences you can just tell they're real.
Theres another O&A with louie predating the 'me too shit' where he describes getting a boner in front of his school class and describes it as the moment that defined the rest of his life.

Those who are truly hilarious but only known from the show (Patrice and Vos- two examples for me personally) 2. Comedians who made it and then never showed up again. 3. Comedians who come on and don’t understand the conversation style of O&A and end up just being interviewed instead of “one of the guys” Bill and Louie both showed up even while they had their own shows and filling arenas. They did not have to rely on the show.

Luis Nieves Oh yeah man, but they’re retired now. They had a similar format to O&A long before O&A. They were HUGE in Detroit through the 90’e until about 2008. They didn’t talk in the cliche radio jockey voice. They were intelligent and naturally funny. They would have celebrities on and just talk about shit like O&A format. They had some classic bits on top of that. Way ahead of their time.
