Those all look amazing! There was a time when I was working that I would make HH at least 2 or 3 times a month because it was fast, and it would feed me a couple of meals. When I retired, I started cooking from scratch more. One day Walmart had HH on sale for $.75/box, so I bought 8 (there were a couple I had never seen before). I made the Cheeseburger Helper (my favorite) and it was awful! I don't know what they did to it over the years, but it was *not like I remembered it. So, I threw it out and donated the others. Now, when I want Cheeseburger Helper, I make it myself. I had some meal kits made up with a jar of my home canned ground beef, Velveeta packets, noodles, a can of evaporated milk, cream of mushroom soup and a packet of seasonings. I may tweak it based on your recipe.
The cheesy Italian shells and cheese is two of my children’s favorite and instead of buying the box version which doesn’t really make as much I’m definitely gonna try that recipe and see if they love it. Thank you so much for doing that one. It is my kid’s absolute favorite if I can get away from the box version and make it homemade I am definitely going to do it. 7:35
Tamara, I had to come back and let you know that I made your Cheeseburger Hamburger Helper today and it was so, so good!! I eat gluten free, so I just used gluten free elbow macaroni and also used shredded sharp cheddar cheese. It made enough to freeze into individual servings for 3 or 4 more meals! Tamara I have not bought hamburger helper in years because I like to control the salt and other spices. All of these look wonderful. My husband will only eat a pasta dish 1-2times a month . I will be making each of these to change up my menu. Whenever we eat something like this we eat salad or bread. Good to see you tonight.
I was hoping to see you recreate the Tuna Tetrazini that you held up in the beginning. That's a family fav! Can't replace the box because I don't know of a good homemade recipe to replace it

This is a good thing for me because I have been on restricted sodium diet for so long that hamburger helper is way to salty for me plus I live alone and it makes too much for me and I don't like it warmed up. Our go-to side dish is steamed broccoli. It's the only vegetable that everyone likes. Sometimes, I'll fix green beans and corn as two options at the same meal as most will eat one or the other.
Put the seasonings in something separate if you are storing them. The seasonings can clump together. Some people put them in little sauce cups or small ziplock bags.
These look delicious but I can’t do some because my daughter in law has alpha gal allergy. She is allergic to the enzymes found in beef. She can eat dairy,cheese if she grates it- preheated cheese has beef enzymes . Most restaurants and fast food places cross contaminate beef with chicken and fish. My go to side is a big green salad and maybe steamed broccoli and carrots
It’s been a real struggle for her- she is having to buy cloth car seat covers for her car because her leather seats are breaking her out. Leftovers are a no- once food sits in the fridge leftover- food develops higher levels of histamine which causes her to break out! And to think- a little tiny tick,red bug or chiggers as we say in the south- caused this allergy

I also do hamburger steak ( hamburger patties) cooked with potatoes, peas and carrots... Fast and easy less than 35 minutes one pan meal.

We add a can of refried beans to hamburger meat as we cook it. It really bulks it up and adds protein. You cant taste it or anything.
