Hi! Thank you for sharing your sketches with us. You have lovely and light style to express moments and illustrations in watercolour. And I'm totally in love with your colors :D
The abstract fall landscape is my favorite but I love abstracts. Love the loose and free feeling and how much fun you have with your pages. Loved that challenge too! That paper looks really interesting and fun to play with. I have no idea what that show is, it's nothing like Downton Abbey is it? Your faces and clothing are getting really good, Irit. Your hard work is really paying off. Way to go! Thanks for sharing. 💙
Well, if Downton Abbey was about gangsters from the slums of Birmingham then it would be similar ;) And as for the faces and clothing, well, for that last page I used carbon paper! Fake it till you make it ;) Thanks for commenting and watching!
Hi Irit! I really enjoy your videos and appreciate your relax-joyful approach to watercolours. I've been looking at some Daniel Donaldson classes and was wondering if you could suggest which one could be a must (i wish I could take all of them, but not possible at the moment). Thank you!
Thanks so much! I think your best bet is to sign up for the Artist network TV. It costs 19$ a month and they have hundreds of videos from various artists. They have a few from Danielle, so you can get an idea of her style and teaching. If you want more after that, Jeanine Oliver has several Danielle classes. You can see the class projects and decide which one is most appealing. If you want a good deal and don't mind waiting, Jeanine does a biannual sale when all the classes are half price, so worth waiting! Hope that helps!
Beautiful journal 😍 I am in awe of how you use colour. I really want to pick up a set of those neon koi paints, do you happen to have a link for where to get them?
Beautiful. I just loved your 30 day challenge squares. But I REALLY love the freedom you have in your journal as a whole... I need to just loosen up it looks so fun... not like 'work', which is where I am at currently. Oh... and Im a HUGE Peaky Blinders fan too...
Some days are more challenging than others for me too. It's a journey, some parts more fun than others, but having a full journal is one of the best parts!
I love that print, Man in Bowler hat with apple. Have you ever watched the movie Tomas Crown Affair? You journal is lovely. I enjoyed seeing your experiments and you’ll final realization of loving the pen and ink. I’m still finding myself as far as this goes but I know I like the look of pen and ink with watercolor, I’m just not sure how loose I enjoy going. Liz Steele is a little to loose sketch wise and Teoh watercolor wise even though I love there work.
I did watch the movie! Love Pierce ;) I also find both Liz and Teoh's style interesting to watch, it's not totally me, maybe because of their color palettes more than their style, because I do like the looseness. I should probably just paint and sketch more and look at what other people are doing a little less somedays...

Love this! I like to see journal flip through videos as they give me lots of inspiration.
The same artist who painted "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" ;-) which one of my favorite art pieces ever!
YES!! That's a good one too ;)

“By the order of The Peaky Blinders!”
Love that that series too! You’ve gotta go till the end....😊
Lol I actually added ' by the order of' to that page right after filming!!
Rene Magritte
Love that sketch book. A little too $$$ for me. You should check out a shop that is based in San Francisco. " Case for making". Love "Peaky Blinders".
