I believed the 8% IT Rate is more preferable for those whose earning net income range is between 1M to 3M. Graduated IT rate is good if your business did not earn enough or less than 250 yung net income mo, kasi wala na talaga babayaran na income tax. But very seldom yan, most SME business for sure, they are earning more than 250K a year. But some business prefer to use Graduated, because they incur expenses that normally reduces the net income to less than 250K. Let us be honest, marami po gumagawa ng ganyan, they itemized expenses that did not really occur, to reduce the income to the point of no income tax will be paid.
Thank you for watching this video…
The Income Tax Rate is based on the fix income types or the computed amount on a monthly basis, it can also be as purchase expense forecasts inclusive of the sales expense, where the 250,000 limit yearly won't be considered as Income Tax to be filed, since it is within the Insured limit or to the maximum insurance limit of 500,000.00, pertains to all expenses in businesses, personal expense and accrued payments either for the Insurance life and NON- life since it is Taxes paid fees inclusive of all fees, and that it is Taxes. It is also on a fix basis or rate for the Insurance, since Credit cards companies are with Taxes, and each card holder are the ones that pays the TAXES and Fees, and merchants also reports what was paid, since it is paid and that Corporate Taxes are also divisible based on respective Merchants-Incorporators, and its businesses as subsidiaries that consists the Corporation as to Issuing Banks and Merchants agreements, points and mileage points, CASH BACK and MONEY BACK after reconciliation of payments made, the Outstanding balances becomes 0, since it is payments made and respective taxes declaration amongst issuing banks, private sectors merchants and associations and all clauses of yearly adjustments per TAX Code 1914 for reimbursements/refunds applicable for businesses, Individuals, Cardholders since it is Taxes, Graduated or Fix rates, that also falls within the Insurance Limit of P500,000 per depositor or depositary payments made using the Cards and products, and cash payments per Income Tax laws-Corporate Tax-Divisible as well amongst Incorporators per ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING law as well. Hello po Sir, for example po Im a mixed income earner, i have work and business pero ngsimula lng yung business ko september and given po na below 250k lng ang compensation ko from employer and yung kita ko po sa business for example is 20k per month and i will choose po yung 8% rate po sa business, how can i calculate my 8% rate po? and do i need to pay the 8% po of the gross income kahit september lng po ako ngstart ng business?
Thank you so much po
Thank you for watching this video.
On your question, you can still pay the 8% as your income tax even below the 250k.
For clarification, please call on the number showed on this video.

same problem here im also a shopee seller , thats why i prefer na mag OSD nalang .
Thank you for watching this video.
Same with other business, you need tonregister and comply with all the government mandated report…
Hello po saan po mas makakatipid. Sa percentage tax na 3% of gross income or kapag inapply po yung 8% of gross sale with 0% percentage tax. Thank you po.
example: (graduated income tax in itemized deductions)
gross: 500,000
less expenses: 200,000
taxable income: 300,000
(300,000 - 250,000 = 50,000)
(50,000 x 15% = 7,500)
tax due = 7,500
plus percentage tax of 15,000
so annual tax po is 22,500, yan po babayaran as tax for the whole year?
thank you po!!
Thank you for watching this video.
On your question and for more discussion, kindly call on my number showed in this video… medyo mahaba habang discussion po kc..
thank you sir!! will do po, mej nalilito rin ho kasi ko. thank you again po!

Thank you for watching this video.
For your question, kung anong method ang ginamit mo sa 1st quarter eto na ang gagamitin mo for the whole year… on the succesing year (1st quarter) you will choose any method.
@@edjes
On graduated standard deduction, do we still need to make an Audited Financial Statement?

Thank you for watching this video…

Question po.
If for example I am selling frozen meat products.
Kung bumili po ako from supplier ng 10kgs of frozen meat worth 2,500 and ibenta ko sya ng halagang 3,000, ung gross sale ko is 500 (3000 less puhunan na 2500)?

Pano po kung graduated rate ang napili kailangan pa po ba ng proof of purchase and receipts para sa itemized deduction?
Thank you for watxhing this video.

For clarification, you may call me on the number showed on video.
Thank you.
Yung time po kasi na nag apply ako for tin and nag register as professional, medyo wala pako alam and hindi ko masyado naintindihan yung sinabi dun sa rdo namin.
Taxpayer type is professional-in general
Yung graduates po is optional,
3 options as sole proprietor:
1. Graduated - itemized deduction
2. Graduated - optional standard deduction
3. 8%
hello po sir ask ko lang po sana , if ang napili ko po ay graduated and OSD ang pag bayad ko po ba ng 1% of gross sale is quarterly or yearly ?
Thank you for watching this video.
What do you mean po na 1% of gross sales, if this is percentage tax, 3% na po starting July 2023 and quarterly po
Hello sir. I am a freelancer, ask ko lang po if paano ako magfile or magbayad for 8% tax? Since annually lang po pinafile and hndi annually.
Thank you for watching this video.
Please check your BIR registration, if you are a non vat registered entity, normally quarterly filling and not only annually.
8% will start or signify the intention to file on your 1st quarterly income tax
Pwede pa po kayang ipachange from 3% to 8%? Ano po pwedeng sbhin sa bir?
Yes po… balik lang po kayo BIR
Hi, kapag real estate agent, non-vat. Ano po mas maganda kunin graduated or 8%?
Thank yoi for watxhing this video…
For me, the 8% however it depend on many factors…
Thank you for watching this video.
Submitting a financial statement is not required but you may submit if you want.
Thank you.
Thank you for watxhing this video…
Deduction of P250k os depend on the status of business owner if they are employed or not.
For more info, call me on the numberedd showed int his video
