@@xd_transportation731 It's not illegal to overtake a parked vehicle on the road, provided you can do so safely. The diver of the white car was fine, but he himself was overtaken by the driver of the sports car behind him at speed, which is clearly a bad move.

Probably not the safest overtake, but for the fact it wasn't solid lines so not illegal.
