I had to ditch plant based it was ruining my pancreas (pre-diabetes) and liver (fatty liver). All grain will be the end of us... I think it is all propaganda!!! Vegetarian almost cost me my uterus (hormonal imbalance), and it did cost me my mental health. No joking aside, do you and your family a favor and raise cows and berries, you can by the small amount of vegetables we really need in our diet, I bought your book and just gave it away today...Dr Sten Ekberg, and Dr. Berg and others here are saving lives. Not rendering humans useless. If someone gets cancer we fill them with juice, and raise there A1C and blood glucose which feeds cancer. Hopefully you will be grateful a recovering veggie/vegan told you....
My Grandparents used to do this and my great Grandparents before . Loved our time as kids on their Farm, happiest memories the best times.
