Plus sized people embark on a trip of a lifetime. They check into a hotel designed with larger guests in mind and learn to embrace their bodies in a place where size is no obstacle to enjoying a carefree holiday.

What this experiment got right was bringing them to a beautiful place that had everything accommodated for their size. I think this part of their experience as a stress free safe space gives them a better chance at success afterwards.

So glad my family encouraged me to loose weight and supported my journey instead of trying normalizing and enabling me.

Normalizing plus size people is not enabling them at all. You didn’t understand the concept, which I think is sad.

sorry but I really dislike Sophie. She's constantly playing the victim and blaming her husband, Phil on everything. Even listen to the opening note she wrote. She blamed Phil for making her feel like she's not good enough. Kayaking, blaming Phil for not listening.

This is a real hotel in Antigua. If you search for it’s website, you will find out the real name. It starts with a C but every time I type it in the comments, my comment disappears. This hotel really is outfitted for plus size visitors. If anyone reading these comments has visited in person, I would love to hear about your experience there!

Sam is a beautiful lady with nice hair , a lovely complexation and a good sense of style . Those things don't become invisible to me just because the weight is unsightly to many and an undeniably pressing issue !

Ugh I feel Chris with the takeaway issue. When I’m not careful I go down a serious spiral of fast food. I’ll realize I’m eating it for nearly every meal.

I really like Phil’s wife, she is sexy!! The host is nice looking as well as the other women. I think they need a man to tell them what parts of their bodies are more attractive and focus on those areas.

If I had to confess everything don’t like about my body that would take hours and hours maybe days! And I’m not a plus-size woman yet.
