Idk why but it seems like Jack became the most busted with Bello betty buff, even more than Roger and others.
Btw Rage u should also try Buffed kaido, Alber, Kalgara, Jimbei and Broggy (The ultimate Tank machine) with bello betty.

Well if you ask me because roger sometime cant use crit buff to full potential because all his attack is mostly singular damage.Jack skill 1 and normal having multiple hit so he can benefit more from crit buff.

Idk why people don't use her that often, maybe cuz this game pleases the solo 'one man army' kind of characters more over team based units.
Surprisingly 'One piece' is about 'friendship' and that's the only thing which is absent from the game.
The game needs more Team work encouraging elements like 'Bello betty' and not like Buffed Roger and Jabra who carries the entire game alone (that's bull s**t for a team game - otherwise make it like Fighting path; a 1v1).
And this is only possible when bandai focuses more on their game instead of their bank accounts.
