It does have the ability to hit through walls AND multiple survivors, but thats kinda niche and people will know not to group when being chased by him. It also has a hard counter where you can remove that status effect by simply looking at the killer for 4 seconds. His teleport is also limited in nature. He can only drop 4 teleport points at a given time, and the nature in which you place them is pretty awkward. They can also be destroyed by survivors very quickly and easily. His lunge and movement speed is standard. No other real quirks that make him standout. I would place him in the top of B tier for having ranged attacks and at least some ability to teleport.

You can somewhat control when the remnants spawn. The green bars along the outside indicate when the next will drop - when it gets to the top a new one pops out. Pulling your gun out but not firing pauses it, as does carrying a survivor.

42:50, you can. When you see the yellow bars on the side of your screen starting to charge up, you can use your power to stop it from charging. Then continue doing that until you find a spot you want a teleport to be at and let it fully charge. I hope this makes sense.
I'm on console so haven't tried him yet but I love the look of him. Just hope he don't get super nerfed because he doesn't look that strong but it's a skill / map knowledge ceiling and I wish we got more killers like that
