It’s 120 bucks for the subscription, but the website says you save $40 compared to buying everything separately. I don’t need extra pens or keychains so I think you’re probably better off just buying the editions when they come out.
Buying what you want does have its advantages. I didn’t like the grid paper but that was the only thing that came in the first batch. I can definitely see how just getting what you want would be best. The pen they gave didn’t last long at all. Broke within the first few weeks of use.
I so wish they would let you choose paper type dot grid or lined. I can not stand grid paper. This is the big reason I just can't subscribe. The books are great. Shout out to the 605 subscribers at this watch from the 605.
@@Cotyblack Just think, if we saved every American just 2 minutes, that would be over 1300 years. Divide that by the average lifespan, multiply times average earnings... we just saved America almost $30,000,000 in lost productivity. :)
Field notes does make a wooden storage box that's nice
Nice! I need to look that up. Thanks for the comment!
Field Notes are great. They are made in America by a great, creative company. I've enjoyed them for years.
I do like the convenience of it. I have been using them for other things as well, like single subject notebooks. I do like that idea of it as well.

I prefer the thrill of the hunt looking for field notes in the wild.🎉
Not having the option to customize the type of notebook to get lines only is why I don't subscribe. Come on Field Notes!
Exactly!
good content man, can you make a video about your stationery and how to get started with journaling or writing things in general?
Yes, I can. Thanks for the suggestion. My voice is gone right now from sickness but I hope to get a new video out this week.
Inspired to order my first field notes
Let’s go! So far I like them, I think you will too.
random video but very enjoyable.
very relaxing
also i kinda love the accent
Glad you found me. Appreciate the compliments 😂. I have a slight southern draw I recon.
Wait, you mean the Boston accent lol. Just realized. 😂

I agree concerning the grid. I would love more options. Thanks for the comments and being in the 605!! I really do appreciate the support!
Jeremy this is the ONLY reason I don’t subscribe to Field Notes. I only want dot grid notebooks.
@@charlierharperI can definitely see that. Thanks for the comment!
While not a subscription, I was gifted a 3 pack of the National Park series & my gifted had a choice of lined, dot, or grid.
😂 grid is the only one I use. Horses for courses I suppose.

@@elchicharron9503 I’m with you. Make sure to subscribe and comment each video to save all that time! Love it!
First two minutes could lose viewers quickly.
Thanks for the comment. I’ll work on my intros.
