I'm curious, do you mainly solo q in CS2? That 8-9k rating looks about right if you're solo, but I'll be honest if you are 5 stacking with a group of guys you know pretty well, you would for sure be 12-14k. You play off teammates well, and when you've got a group that comms well and sets each other up to make plays and trusts each other to capitalize, it makes a huge difference.
I'm only asking cuz tbh I was watching and you were consistently making similar plays to what I would do, and I solo q around 8-9k but with my group of regulars (when they're in a CS2 cycle, they tend to jump game to game) I'm a consistent 12-14k.
@@dwatts64 I mainly like 2-3 stack with a few mates. Mostly play faceit now anyways. The cheaters are getting crazier in 10k now than they were before. I do play some soloQ tho. Then I mostly egoplay since people don't communicate so on an average soloQ I drop anywhere between 20-25 kills.

I am not gonna lie arch and golden were very good but the other ones... they were very lucky sometimes.
I can most definitely confirm that I would have lost if I had partaken in this tournament (reverse hardstuck here, I have too high ELO but don't lose it for some reason)
those players are vastly more competent than the ones i get @ 20k rating / faceit level 6-7

Man, I felt more like playing 20k but wasn't sure about facing cheaters so I said 15k at first. Playing 20k, even if it is harder would be more fun since I wanted a challenge. He did not do anything with bad intentions my guy.
@@archktik5408 it's not about bad intentions, it's about better content. easier to point out your good/bad plays when everyone around you is playing at a consistent level; and haix probably has data that shows he gets more views/retention when he criticizes bad plays.

i actually like being at 8k forever. zero cheaters, barely anyone ever tilts. improving would just mean facing cheaters so why even bother
4rch is a hard 12k to me. I think in solo queue, he is probably 8.5-9k but if he played regularly with a group he knows, I'd peg him at 12-13k. He plays a lot like me tbh, and when im soloq I'm always floating in the 8-9k area, but when i play for a few weeks straight with my friends, i am a solid 12k. It really makes a difference when you have teammates that communicate well and think for the team, always setting each other up to make plays, and never getting an ego trying to do it all themselves.
