The first time she tries to jump she decided to hold on because when she looked the MC in the eye she saw a broken and lost man. Someone who had their heart broken into a million pieces, never had closure and had no one in their life. The second time however the MC found someone they loved (for example Lexi), they were happy, and surrounded by friends. In her eyes her work was done and she chose to let go. But this angle makes 0 sense if Cece is the love of the MC’s life and the reason hes happy. Cece storywise was meant as a guardian angel so to speak to guide the MC back into life, but not to be the main interest.
All of them are canon and cannons to the heart! this is one of the best written all around characters, Maybe the ones I feel probably can feel less powerful are robin and kira by themselves, whoever you choose can feel organically good.
@@assman7218 On Chasing Sunsets (another VN) you can see a character reading a newspaper, if you pay attention you can read about Lexi getting engaged, a picture is shown of her in LoF's ending at the final concert with the main character (I don't remember exactly if it was him to be perfectly honest though). Since both VNs take place in the same universe you could make a case that Lexi is the canon girl of LoF.
Finished the game twice (once with CeCe, once with Lexi) almost two years ago now. This song still calls to me, and has me weeping every single time. Epic level game writing.
@@weightedundermountainofbook you are not alone...this was an emotionally challenging avn! like acting lessons I can't play after the fire...I refuse to choose who dies! especially knowing I could easily carry 2 100 pound women out of a fire on any given day! but this is just a game...

And welp they are right Cece is the BEST GIRL. I never really did expect myself to sit and cry for another AVN after Luna from Deluca Family . I have no regrets :')"
Ok finished this game the other day wow it was a bit too much it hits so close to home...I dunno it's so strange I can't stop listening to this song over and over and thinking about the story and how Cece described everything she felt and was thinking and I feel so similar. Either way this game was so beautiful and special I was thinking about going through with others in the story but there's just no way I could connect to them like I did with Cece...I also really liked Lexi too did her path as well but nothing compares. Last thing I just recently got into AVNs and have they been an experience the stories I have played through have been amazing not all but some really stand out as special...This one was just about to much with how I connected personally.
Only other AVN I have played the comes close to the emotional impact of LoF is Acting Lessons. But in LoF the overall story-telling and characterisation of a bit stronger than in Acting Lessons.
I just found the game a couple days ago, which introduced me to a few new (to me) artists. Went in completely blind, chose Cece in my first run, and had to sit for a bit at a certain point, especially because I recognized what was about to happen because I felt connected to her, understood her. If you played, you know what part I'm talking about. And yes, I'm glad "this is just a game" to use Drifty's words. Now that I've finished my first run and am currently going back for all the content, I want to do a final run where its a perfect run for Cece, doing everything for her since I know about more of the things you can do now.
@@cayde-6.0 I had already done a blind Cece run when I had made this post, but since then I went back and did everything involving her, I'm pretty sure I didn't miss anything the second time around.
@@joshtubegaming1090 She did what Cece did (jumped off a bridge), but didn´t survive. That part and those aspects in Leap of Faith were inspired by that real life tragedy the creator went through. The words in the end of chapter 6 tell about that tragedy, and the "in loving memory" part is a tribute to his daughter.

Lexi is the canon love interest, but man, the story is 100% about Cece.
How do you know that she is canon? I thought Cece is supposed to be canon.

It´s just a game but sadly it´s inspiration is very real, Drifty´s daughter wasn´t as lucky as Cece was...

Could be a made for Hallmark movie, the game is that good. The soundtrack perfect.
