I enjoyed this trip😀 In Poland, people used to drink raw eggs, they are said to be good for the throat. Opera singers and lecturers drank them. I tried it, the taste is good and creamy, but the cosistency is a bit too slimy. I also ate natto. I'm used to fermented food, so the saltiness, sourness, and the aroma were ok, but the btterness at the end after swallowing was unbearable😝 But apparently everything tastes better with rice, so I have to check it both, natto and raw egg whit rise☺ Thanks for the video🥰
Love the vid! Just one problem. When you have closed captions, can you please make it black background and white letters? I can barely see the text. Please and thank you!
Greetings Japan traveler! Love your detail. I am trying to learn Japanese cooking here stateside so appreciate when you name food items and products (like perilla salad dressing) never heard of it. I googled it, found it and now ordering. I had never seen a capsule style of room accommodation-I think my back might hurt! Thank you for your thoughtful videos. Looking forward to your next.
Hello my friend, I usually watch your videos on tv. I'd like to share with you this information. When you go get your meal, the image in the restaurant is way darker than the rest. I wonder if there's anything wrong with the camera. Just thought I'd let you know. And you'd be interested to know that. Happy trails! My wish to you.
Oh nonono, for a ride that long, you got the teeny tiny unit? I would have to have a cabin with my own bathroom. I'm not terribly claustrophobic but for a 40 hour ride.....that may change lol I admire your courage. My grandmother was from Mexico and cooked the best beef tongue. I asked what it was and when she told me, I was thinking yuck but it tasted so good, I ate it anyway. I was just a child lol. Thank you for sharing your journey!
I'm glad you liked the video! It was a fun experience! But I thought it was a tiny unit. Fortunately, there was enough space where I could chill out besides the unit. So overall it was fine for me. Of course, there are private cabins on the ship. I'll try them for my next journey. By the way, how did she cook the beef tongue? Stew? Grilled?
I notice places the video is very dark. I checked my television to be sure it wasn't that. I watch alot of these types of videos. I would recommend watching others to learn tips ahead of time. The video is hard to watch at times with length and how dark it was as well. I wish you the best and hope you are able to improve to grow your audience as there is potential.
I appreciate your feedback and will try to make the video a bit brighter in the future. I've watched my videos on several kinds of devices. But I've never thought about it. Could you tell me what device you used to watch?
Our eggs in Japan are safe!!! "As a result, the risk of salmonella from raw eggs in Japan is significantly reduced. In fact, one study by the Food Safety Commission of Japan, in which 100,000 eggs were tested for salmonella, suggesting that Japan’s risk of in-egg salmonella infection is a mere 0.0029%. This risk almost doubles in the US, with an in-egg salmonella infection risk of 0.005% (approximately one in every 20,000 eggs). Admittedly, this number is still quite low, so maybe raw eggs aren’t so scary after all! " (www.byfood.com/blog/raw-eggs-japan-p-724)

I'll check my camera settings. It's only problem with shooting GoPro. I appreciate your feedback!
@off-to-japan I bet this is what happens with my screen as well. I've heard creators not like go pro that much.

ごめんなさい!英語で字幕つけて他の言語は全部自動翻訳で変換しちゃってるんで、日本語がおかしくなってるんですよね。わかっているんですが、英語以外にリソースを割けなくて。。。

I'm sorry, I turned off the subtitles, WAY too much to read, I want to see the video and not be reading the whole time.....😮
I'm sorry for the convenience! We're planning to start our new channel which has videos with speaking subtitles.
