51st Annual Charles W. Fornoff Appellate Advocacy Competition

During the final round of the 2022 Fornoff Competition, students argue the hypothetical case, Wymann Pharmaceuticals, Inc. v. People.
For Alternative Medicines, Inc., Megan Anderson and Noah Woods serve as appellant counsel representing Wymann Pharmaceuticals. Santino Cafarella and John Young follow as counsel for the appellee, People for Alternative Medicines, Inc.
Judges for this competition include the Honorable Bridget Brennan for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the Honorable Charles Fleming for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and Judge Mark Pietrykowski for the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals.
