I think this is just to put some awareness to household ladies and to motivate them how to transform your heavy looks into the charming one and one can pick health reforms by seeing the results those smart ladies attain by the restricted routine of picking what is healthy and what goes bad in terms of their transformation and make you charming good looking

Nida, what a comparison between show biz celebrities with household women. It is UNFAIR. I wondered if you would have picked both common women and compared the woman who takes care and the woman who does not. There are many woman in our society, around us, who are not in show biz but still very presentable and carrying their age gracefully.

Its not negativity but a opinion, i dont like the comparison between a lay woman with the professional actresses, their fitness is necessary for their bread and butter through screen. Besides this every woman knows that: milk, dry fruit, meat, fish, eggs yougurt ,avocado ,salaad, beans, olives etc are healthy diet, walk is necessary , stress free life and sleep for 8 hours are required for good and healthy life. But when a low budget homemaker woman gets up in the morning: :: and see the surroundings of her home , family members, their unended issues : tu phr baqi ap khud samjh jayen....However it would have been appreciated if the same group of ladies from same community had been invited and compared their eating habits and their health accordingly, then dietician would gave them advices, we all are here to give our point of view, and that can be disagreed too.
