What's the purpose of the "long hold"??

Doesn’t do any good to hold that long…..it not only degrades the shot process, but deteriorates accuracy……..and causing unnecessary excessive strain on all involved muscles. unless you’re just using the bow, as some form of isometrics 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
