I disagree! It wasn't built by a 5 year old... it was built by a 3 year old. Seriously, I could have done better when I was 3 than this roller coaster designer did here.
I took on ride on this diabolical things last month. When the coaster go though the part you are talking about, I feel my head was smashed by someone with a hammer
they probably designed it in Rollercoaster Tycoon, clicked the yellow light for test run - the train somehow made it til the end of the track, perfect, now we can start constructing it in the real world... xD
actually Vekoma's track layout was created by Arrow Dynamics. In it's early years, Vekoma was the european distributor of Arrow Dynamics and got permission to use the track.
Hair Raiser is the newest and the best ride of OP :) I went on the dragon twice and it makes your head hurt because of how the seats are designed. The Mine Cart, however, was nice! But I still think the Hair Raiser was the BEST!
I strongly agree with you! HR has a lot of airtime including a little ejector hill. The Mine Train is truly a classic that I have never seen on other Zamperla's.
Except Vekoma is a Dutch company. Holland is a country that exists outside of America (there are many others too) and is part of Europe, which itself is a bit like the USA just with better food and more intelligent people.
I'd love to have SLC built in the Pacific Northwest, provided it was only by Vekoma and not by one of those firms in China (especially not Golden Horse). In reality I wonder if this ride would have been better if the lift hill was 10 feet higher.
@@PoffHistory I am glad both SLC's and knock off SLC's are not out anymore. I am looking forward to the newer Vekoma coasters out now entering North America!
This is my go to need a laugh video. Oh my goooodness batman. It's like 1000' to long, awkwardly slow, navigating one bizarre element fail after the next. Looks smooth too!
Wow this actually looks likes the worst paced AND most painful coaster in the world… I was legitimately scared that you wouldn’t make it through the layout
Vekoma is a popular roller coaster manufacturer that uses a distinct track, train, (and in most cases) layout that is unique to their business. The coaster you see in this video LOOKS like it was made by Vekoma. It's got a very similar looking track and train, and the layout is arguably similar to Vekoma's standard model. Again, I say it LOOKS like Vekoma's work, but it's not. That's what makes it a knock off. Whether the original is far superior is arguable, though.
Wikipedia's entry on this coaster: "Shenzhou Coaster is an inverted roller coaster at Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park in Beijing, China. The train and track are similar to the Suspended Looping Coaster design by Vekoma, but the ride was instead designed and manufactured by Beijing Shibaolai Amusement Equipment. The track layout is unique.[32]" LOL

this could have been the first coaster without a brakerun needed.

So true
ThemeparkSoundtrack the ultimate doesn't have breaks
Only it has right before the last lift into the station.
ThemeparkSoundtrack it doesn't use them though
ThemeparkSoundtrack New Texas Giant too
at least an SLC is certain to make it back to the station lmao
They forgot to turn on Low Friction
reminds me of RCT, those rides you sometimes make that just barely complete a circuit, haha
I've been queueing for Compact Inverted Coaster 1 for ages.
I could probably run faster than this coaster travels.
it went really slow on some parts

that off ride footage is classic. you can really see just how slow it goes.
I love how you can just walk up to the ride. There’s no fences or any regard for safety. Lol

It'd be really entertaining to see an RMC Chinese knockoff.
RMC Ibox is patented in china.
Rock&Roll_Pat I’d like to see a B&M Chinese knockoff.
Railfan Andrew there is a knockoff b&m dive, it switches between b&m and Intamin double-spire track.
You mean an S&S Freespin
@@andrewschannel4259 there are many chinese B&M knockoffs
Damn! My computer has started going in slow motion!
Tommy Carr you are correct when it was passing the airtime my computer goes in slow mo

This reminds me of Roller Coaster Tycoon when the roller coaster barely has enough momentum to get through its elements kind of funny.
Is it called "My First NoLimits Coaster"?
well, not bad for a first coaster
I'm not going on Cheap Inverted Coaster 1, it's not safe!
Compact Inverted Coaster 1 hasn't returned to the station yet! Check to see if it is stuck or stalled.
2:07 . Hanging Roller Coaster!! lol. Creative Chinese Names!
It looks rough and painfull. Really, really painfull.
I take it that this would be more for psychological thrills rather than physical thrills. Right?
Looks like some RCT coaster I made, just happy that it made it through the course without completely stopping.
2:08 HANGING ROLLER COASTER. THEY NAMED IT HANGING COASTER. I love they took inspiration from the dangling coaster meme.
genius name, just like in Rollercoaster Tycoon
It's a Dangling Coaster which means you're sitting in a chair with your legs dangling.
I swear, those final brakes must speed you up lmao!
I've never seen an inverted coaster go so slowly.
1:40 , 3:27
*Yes... the Very-Low-Speed part of this ride...*
A little bit of grease would help it make it around. They must have the wheels super tight.
I heard that this coaster once stalled out after exiting one of the inline twists.
It stalled before the second inversion (after the "airtime hill")
That transition into the corkscrew thou 😂
actually Vekoma's track layout was created by Arrow Dynamics. In it's early years, Vekoma was the european distributor of Arrow Dynamics and got permission to use the track.
3:43 That guy is probably there to push it around if it gets stuck
(which probably happens a lot).
your right those wheels sound like they put super glue on them

r/BeetleJuicing
They took an already shitty design and somehow made it even shittier...leave it to the Chinese to pull that one off...
I'd love to have SLC built in the Pacific Northwest, provided it was only by Vekoma and not by one of those firms in China (especially not Golden Horse). In reality I wonder if this ride would have been better if the lift hill was 10 feet higher.

According to RCDB, this ride was made by Beijing Shibaolai Amusement Equipment.

Jeez that ride was so slow!! They should've shortened the loops on that coaster!
At least it doesn't have the headbanging. Not fast enough.
I'd take a headbanging ride over one that lets all the blood rush to your head though.

Are you kidding? This is far scarier than any coaster i've been on. Most rides simulate danger. This thing is the real deal.
It's literally so rattly that it cut the speed that the ride picks up. I've never seen anything like that before.
This has to be the best coaster ever made
No, but a LIM launch after the drop would be needed XD
What agony of that speed 😔✊
I love the commentary on the older Asian knock off coasters
1:32 great engineering and design there, straight from the book of roller coaster tycoon...
I think they got the idea after making it from RCT3, because it really does.
OMG your reactions to the events are hilarious especially at 2:06
You know you've hit an all time low when you're knocking off a vekoma slc
why its so slowly on the end
Most knockoff coasters are poorly built.

I honestly can't believe how slow this coaster is.

Low speed that is still somehow apparently very painful!
Well, one thing we know is that the only thing worse than a Vekoma, is a knock-off Vekoma, lol. ,Vekoma made some good coasters actually.
the grinding sounds legitimately sound like this coaster wants to electrocute you
It’s so bad, that even Mr. Vekoma would dislike it.
They didn't had the money to build the lifthill a bit higher...
did anyone else happy to raise an eyebrow at the random man waking under the track towards the end 😂
Hahaha it's like a huge "nice try" product
