Well, this is a wholesome video to provide some glimmers of happiness in Oregon’s trying times. It’s good seeing the Humboldt penguins are still doing alright in their habitat’s temporary closure, and the feeding was pretty fun to watch; those seabirds sure are enthusiastic for their meals.
I really was hoping to pay a visit this month, but the state’s wildfire crisis has put my hopes for a visit on hold. I’m still in a level one evacuation zone when I make this comment, but I’m worried I’ll have to evacuate to a shelter soon. I hope you guys are able to keep yourselves and your animals safe from the wildfire dangers.

They are great. Sometimes the fish looks too big for them to swallow, but they are able to. 🙂
