that dude plays some solid knees
+richard taylor It's a lot of work to get those kneebongos working the way the kneeman needs them to. That shit takes years and years of practice at playing the bongos and not having bongos.
+richard taylor hahah sarcasm can be hard for some bro but you nailed it!
What do you play? "I play drums".
What do you play? "I play guitar".
And what do you play? "I pat the hell out of my legs."
8 yrs later and this still kicks ass.
8 years later...still will in 20...all his shit well most of his shit will....what separates idiots of whatever day it is to the fuckin legends of forever.....
Yelawof is dope because there's no one else like him. He's in a very unique space of Rock, Hip-hop, and Country. He's like an odd combination of Eminem, Kid Rock, and Jonnny Cash. I can appreciate it. #Ilovemusic #TravisBarker #Drummers
true. I may add Yela is so unique he overcomes all current trends. he got his own line/style to cruise everyone enjoy so much. a genuine artist. long live that guy!
+Lamar Oglesby He reminds me of Raury, listen to "Devil's Whisper" or some other song from him and you'll see the similarity.
Eminem and kid clown rock i agree
But Johnny Cash not a fucking ounce of
Johnny in yelawolf
Y'all lay off the leg man. He provides a substantial part of this unique sound.
The words "You become a man when you handle your own. Once you handle your own you become a man" are true in every way
correction " you handle your own when you become a man and become a man when your handle your own
" . thats my fave part
MattsterFelix my fave part is "I'm not the fucking needle in a haystack that you finally found".. and that part.. The hook on this song is great in general
eldon newsom ..it just confused me,as i was waiting for him to fininsh his sentence! !
I've been handling my own since I was about thirteen. I used to handle it a lot more back then, but I'm slowing down in my old age.
yelawolf is hugely under appreciated.
I fully and hopelessly appreciate him! Seriously though it's funny to me how many people I play yela that don't get it. I find it hard to be friends with them any longer :). He is so talented. From lyrics to vocal capability. I just adore him. Also I know it goes without saying....but he isn't hard on the eyes either. Even if he does stand girls up for prom.
the problem is his good music is really good but his bad music makes people cringe
Everybody has bad music at some point. People who understand and love music realize that! :)
When I heard him on "You Ain't No DJ" with Big Boi I was really disappointed. He's unbelievable now.
Klever playing them knees like his career depends on it
anyone worth their salt as a DJ started there. I am no DJ but years of banging around on any surface around, much to the chagrin of everyone around me. Beats in the blood
There's a singer, there's a drummer, there's a guitarist and then there's the...
Professional thigh slapper...
Seems legit XD
Its his dj, and in country acoustic sets its very common yela is from bama so it makes a lot of sense
Yelawolf is a true artist and lyrical poet. Love story is a perfect album. Other artist need to take notes.
He is a lyricist... u know he does make sense in every rhyme... Bama Baby
The most tattoos I've seen in a small room, Yelawolf, Bones Owens, DjKlever, Travis Barker.
+TheIcanntspel Should've got Lil Wayne in there too, tho the level of good mucisians would drop low as fuck
He’s created a whole new genre, not sure how I missed out on this for so long. Every song is an ear worm
Guess which guy forgot to bring his instrument
David Tran guess I'll just show up Travis barker by playing my thighs!
the dude is so good he don't need an instrument
all these jokes about the guy playing knees are hilarious, but go check this dude's dj skills, he's insane
That guy playing his legs is going hard.
Knee slappin instrumental. Gotta love that country influence. Keepin it country fresh forever. Keep doin shit like this and I'll forever be a fan.
I can't recount how many times I've played this song but one thing is for sure, this song slaps, like dj klever.
Best thing eminem could've done was sign yelawolf
@Sean H Yelas free now, ghetto cowboy is gonna be insane. Love story was with shady and I'm glad Em let yelawolf finally bring his true talent out.
@@d1n0alg75 The next best thing is that he is out. He learned new things, and we can see that in ghetto cowboy. Its by far his best creation
@@Artdeepmind I heard ghetto cowboy a few days ago and it's honestly beautiful - favourite being box chevy 7.
Worst thing for yelawolf though. Unfortunately racism means yelawolf will never get credit. He is one of the best is the game right now. But most hip-hop lovers will just look at his skin not his skills
After to listening to this, I'm seriously tempted to give up my full time job to furfill my life long dream of playing my knees.
First time i heard it..... at a Car chase!
in a instant Didn't care for the car chase anymore and went searching for the song. 👏 👏 👏 ❤ it.
We making out of the parade with this oje
Travis nailed the gun shot sounds
This is such an incredible message in this song. Yelawolf is literally the best lyricist in current music hands down. Noone can touch this guy in my opinion, he just knows how to really get through to the listener with his music.
The guy in black is a real knee slapper!
The tapping of the legs - a single sound that blends into the song.
I also like this song played by four people.
Yelawolf in this lane is off the chain
Yelawolf is so dope man... a throwback artist period.. not hiphop, not country, no pop, no r&b.. a THROWBACK ARTIST... been a fan since those shows at Lenny's here in Atlanta, Georgia.. #Proud & Keep it GOING bro!!!
pro knee slapper right here 10 by 10
I'm from the city but now I reside in the country! This is the music of my journey!
anyone who disliked this ain't got no mama.. for real. this is the epitome of dope!
Best song on Shady XV without a doubt. Can't wait for Love Story!
***** Yes it is. Well at least the international version or whatever. I think it'll be on his new album too though.
***** its not on the american version. but it is on the international version.
This is What music is really about .. Mad respect !
Saw Yelawolf open up for KORN this past Wednesday night at the Forum in LA, and he freakin killed it. Dude is amazing and I'm now a fan of Yelawolf 😊
Song is still fire in 2019!
I can't get over how good this is!!! Class👌
Yelawolf.. a guy life in a rock and roll hood that love a country music and gifted with a rapping skill
Metronome game strong on them knees boiiii.
love this accoustic version!
Wow the music live is exactly the same live as it is recorded, acoustic is even better. Awesome.
Hahaha those hats are sick as fuhhh! Like Kung Lao wants to be a moonshiner!
Can't wait for Love Story, the singles Yela has released have been incredible.
Shit man there's not much to say other than yela is a pure legend...
Yelawolf on another level with "till its gone" "last song"
This song is great. What a talent Yela is. The whole album (ShadyXV) is classic and Yelawolf is best artist on it. Which is a rare thing on an album with so many greats.
One of the greatest Artist of our time.
SLUMERICAN FOR LIFE. love this shit. Keep it up wolf, your changing lives brother.
Knee slapper and Travis are beasts in this! Keeping that up for that long?! Wow
Heard this song on Sons of Anarchy. Love it!!
Well this is freaking badass!
Dont know why but Im most impressed with the guy that's slapping his legs. He didnt miss a beat and couldn't imagine that's the actual sound.
Yela Is the man ......he has his own art form .....writes good music .....
Yelawolf is the coolest man to ever walk the face of earth
Respect. Loved this song from the first second I heard it, but never expected it would be this good in a live version as well. So awesome - Thank you.
travis barker is a beast... best drummer along with quest love.
***** It's the IDEAS what make Travis Barker who he is. Who ru anyway? see?
lil2shady99 Ever heard Dave Grohl, Mike Portnoy, Danny Carey, Dave Lombardo, Joey Jordison, Gene Hoglan, Chris Adler, Richard Christy, Mario Duplantier etc ? or the class acts like
Neil Peart, John Bonham, Keith Moon, Buddy Rich, Terry Bozzio, Chad Smith, Nicko McBrain, Bill Ward,
I can't even say the name of travis barker along side with them.
Wayyyyy better than the album or the video version period!!! Such emotion and passion put into it when it's live!!!
Yelawolf jams. I too play a mean leg.
Forever love this song 💕
AWESOME! good job.
When was the last time you saw a rapper do something like that? Damn...that was great
I never knew who sang/ rapped this song!!!!! Yelawolf is great❤🎉🎉
The best artist of moment
after my homiE Jarren , this dude is my favorite artist out right now
Holy Doodle! The dude in the black and cute hat has the hardest piece to keep going; no instruments. Good on you, guy!
been listening to yelawolf for years .. got nothing but respect from me
To appreciate Yelawolf you honestly have to be a fan of a wide range of music. He's the only HipHop artist that incorporates elements of southern/classic rock, pop, and country into hiphop. There are some country artists that rap, but this is completely different... His complex style come's from a wide range of musical and non-musical influences. He's really his own style.
ROCKSTAR❤ YELAWOLF IS ROCKSTAR ❤ NOT A LOSER HIP HOPOPOS ARTIST LOSER
I only listen to this when I have 2ltrs of ice coffee.
I like this version better then the alb version... So sick
That guitar sounds amazing....
Que vibe!!!
dudes thighs must hurt after that just smackin em for 5 min
.R.I.P. the California House Of Blues.
Travis is only equipped with one snare and still manages to pop off this hard, love this version of the song
*Hillbillys Evolved LMAO - Big up to lap clapper for pulling the heavyweights.*
Whos your favorite musician?
Slappy McGee from the yelawolves
I love this acoustic version. I replay this all the time.
I kinda' love Yelawolf, just found him. Also, anything with Travis can't suck. That's just laws of the universe.
Perfect! ♡
Dude I dedicated Eazy E. Merry mutha fucka Xmas to him.... From the Easy duz it album.... I don't think he& FeFe are gonna work out.... But it so funny the song for them he proposed to her on Xmas
"I went from shoppin' without nuthin'
To goin' shoppin' for my cousins
Now that the cops know that I'm buzzin'
They wanna drop me in the oven"
Real shit.
Travis can even imitate guns on his drums. Simple but effective yo
It saddens me that Yelawolf is underrated !!!!
Absolutely dope
Another perfect example of Yelawolf. Thumb squeezer!
God he is beyond the world,my new discovery called Yelawolf
Comments here: 50% "Awesome song!", 50% "Knee slapping dude"
when u can do your jam acoustic an sounds legit still.,. that's a well composed composition piece of music
100% talent 10% Epic
Parents should be saying this more to their kids. I like to call it the "anti-enablement" song. :)
So, what do you play in the band? Legs. I play legs.
That's really funny. Thanks for the laugh!
ha!
I thought he's the backUp vocal
I play leather pants.
Russel Tongol bjjj
