The longer amount of time is not the answer shown Mickel got more reactions more love by fans and even more time in main event . He is the face of the new generation
I think some of these eras will change in the future. SUre Wikipedia but that can change with time. It'll ultimately be the Shield era and the Bloodline era for post PG until the Paul Levesque era. and the face of both of those eras is Roman Reigns but as there was a significant character switch of course that is fine. Hogan was the face of two eras too, that being the golden era and teh nWo era of WCW.
I think Asuka has to be mentioned for the Thunderdome era, she kept the women’s division afloat while becky went on leave she still doesn’t get enough appreciation
I wouldn’t say Edge was the face of the ruthless aggression era but he was definitely a big part of it feel like he should’ve been an honorable mention as well
Golde Era: Hulk Hogan New Generation: Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels Attitude Era: Stone Cold and The Rock Ruthless Agression Era: John Cena and Triple H PG Era: John Cena Reality Era: Daniel Bryan and Brock Lesnar The New Era: Roman Reigns Thunderdome Era: Drew Mcintyre Renaissance Era: Roman Reigns(maybe also Cody) Paul Levesque Era: Cody Rhodes
-Other stars for the Golden Era are Ricky Steamboat, Randy Savage, Andre The Giant, Ric Flair, and Ted Dibiase -I think the greatest stars to come our from the new gen era are HBK, Bret Hart, Steve Austin, and Razor Ramon yes I included Stone Cold because that's literally the era where he got signed and developed his character to eventually become the Attitude Era poster boy. I mean his famous line and Wrestlemania match legit happened near the end of the new gen era and then he was just super hot in the next era -Attitude Era obviously Stone Cold although the Rock and Vince McMahon don't get enough love for them being big stars and they really should - The OV4, Triple H yes the man was great in the Attitude Era but was overshadowed and in the Ruthless Agression era that's where he truly shined, Smackdown 6, HBK again, Vince again, Undertaker. This is where Taker basically has the best matches. Chris Jericho is a good mention - The PG Era's biggest stars are obviously John Cena but also Rey Mysterio, CM Punk, Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton(bald version was hella mega heel), Alberto Del Rio yeah hate the guy but it's true, Daniel Bryan fighting the authority was amazing, the Shield debuting later in 2012 is a good mention best faction ever, Sheamus even, Chris Jericho - Reality Era it's Roman Reigns yes but also Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins 2015, Brock Lesnar but also Bray Wyatt is a good case - The New Era Aj Styles is probably the best option, Roman Reigns again, Seth Rollins, Finn Bálor, Becky Lynch, Drew McIntyre towards the end of 2019, Kofi Kingston and his Kofi Mania era. -Thunderdome Era: Drew McIntyre had carried this until Roman Reigns came back and got the company going but there's also good cases for Edge because of his return and he was putting on some bangers too hella underrated imo - Renaissance Era: the whole Bloodline storyline with everyone involved I'm not gonna do a long list of names y'all know who was involved, Günther is a good case with his presentation, Seth Rollins I do agree with, Cody Rhodes great pick obviously, even LA Knight is a good case - Paul Levesque Era: Cody Rhodes yes, Jey Uso I do agree with and a future pick I'm gonna mention is CM Punk with the whole CM Punk and Drew McIntyre rivalry going on and Drew in a rivalry right now with Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Title
This is actually something I’ve thought about quite a lot so imma just give my opinions on who “the guy” was in each era. Though before I started imma say 2 things 1. WWE always seems to have A guy but also ANOTHER guy who basically of equal importance at the same time to imma be listing 2 names 2. Imma be changing some of the years around cause legit the reality era started at the latest in 2012. Pre-historic era (pretty much any time before 1980): The Guy: Bruno Sammartino The Other Guy: Bob Backland Golden Era (1980-1992): The Guy: Hulk Hogan The Other Guy: Randy Savage New Generation Era (1992-1997): The Guy: Bret Hart The Other Guy: Shawn Michaels Attitude Era (1997-2001) The Guy: Steve Austin The Other Guy: The Rock Ruthless Aggression Era (2002-2008): The Guy: John Cena The Other Guy: Batista PG Era (2008-2012): The Guy: John Cena The Other Guy: Randy Orton Reality Era (2012-2016): The Guy: John Cena The Other Guy(s): Early: CM Punk Late: Daniel Bryan "New" Era (2016-2020): The Guy: Seth Rollins The MAN (Other Guy): Becky Lynch Pandemic Era (2020-2021): The Guy: Roman Reigns The Other Guy: Drew Mcintyre Renaissance Era (2022-2024): The Guy: Roman Reigns The Other Guy: Cody Rhodes Paul Levesque Era (2024-???) The Guy: Cody Rhodes The Other Guy: TBD
Also 2016 - big dog roman was face of the company since seth only gain into main event or world title picture at 2019 so he can't be the guy. The other guys can be tied between 4 people actually - Brock Lesnar ( he had his dominance from 2016 - 19 in world title ), aj styles ( face of sd ), seth Rollins ( the face of 2019 men's ), Becky lynch ( the face of 2019 women's). Also for thunderdome era - it can be easily switch between drew and roman. The guy - drew Other guy - roman. And the other guy in current era is easily Gunther and he is going to be future rival of Cody since he eliminated him 2 times in rumble

For me 2005 - 2017 will always be John Cena era! Regardless of new superstar coming or Lesnar being the beast still Cena was without a shadow of a doubt the most popular wrestler specially in that time 12 years of greatness🐐
"Randy Orton doesn't get the credit he deserves" - The Miz. Missing out him in both the PG Era and the Thunderdome era is criminal. Santi now has become unbearable.
I still think Cena is the GOAT of The Ruthless Aggression Era...obviously Lesnar wouldve been the GOAT of that era had he not left. But Cena was the most popular wrestler during that era while HHH and Kurt Angle played well in the supporting role. Batista is an honorable mention(05 Batista was more over than Cena) but he was older and unfortunately injury prone. Also got to factor in...once Vince had the Ruthless Aggression speech, 3 days later on Smackdown...Cena makes his debut and utters the words "Ruthless Aggression" not knowing he ironically foreshadowing that he would be the most important figure of that era.
The 2014-16 era not mentioning Daniel Bryan was criminal he was so over and as for the pg era you can’t mention cena without orton definitely another person who should be mentioned
Hey santi :), I just wana tell you this idea for a video: What about if you make a list with your favorites video promo of all time (like the video promo of Punk vs Cena in MITB) 🤔🤔 Pd: personally I love the video promo of Daniel Bryan vs the authority in Wrestlemania 30
Damn idk man, I think Triple H and Cena gotta be tied or it’s Cena period. I understand how big of a draw was Triple H was, but John Cena run between 05-08 was historic man.
Jey could be the face of just add a few more moves to his belt. He got the crowd, he entertaining, you want him to win, he just need like three more move set and he golden.

We could add superstars like Kane and Mick Foley for the Attitude Era. I personally loved what they've done during this era.
I think Asuka has to be mentioned for the Thunderdome era, she kept the women’s division afloat while becky went on leave
she still doesn’t get enough appreciation
8:34 I see what you did there *'guittar riff'*
Top 10 Best or Worst HOF Speeches
I think the Thunderdome Era could also be Bayley - she was doing by far my favourite work
The Renaissance Era and The Paul Leveque Era are the same era.
I think the era before 1980 when Bruno was on top should be acknowledged, call it the 'wrestling is real' era because they had everyone fooled
Not mentioning rey and randy at some point us crazy
I wouldn’t say Edge was the face of the ruthless aggression era but he was definitely a big part of it feel like he should’ve been an honorable mention as well
Ruthless Agression gotta be Triple H and Cena, and u can lowkey throw in Batista in there
You shoulda went to the 60s n mentioned Bruno Sammartino! You can't talk about goats without the OG GOAT!!
You can say, pre-Golden Era with was Bruno Sammartino.
Was just looking for something to watch
Golde Era: Hulk Hogan
New Generation: Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels
Attitude Era: Stone Cold and The Rock
Ruthless Agression Era: John Cena and Triple H
PG Era: John Cena
Reality Era: Daniel Bryan and Brock Lesnar
The New Era: Roman Reigns
Thunderdome Era: Drew Mcintyre
Renaissance Era: Roman Reigns(maybe also Cody)
Paul Levesque Era: Cody Rhodes
Lord Voldemort was so underrated in the Ruthless Aggression Era
💀💀💀
-Other stars for the Golden Era are Ricky Steamboat, Randy Savage, Andre The Giant, Ric Flair, and Ted Dibiase
-I think the greatest stars to come our from the new gen era are HBK, Bret Hart, Steve Austin, and Razor Ramon yes I included Stone Cold because that's literally the era where he got signed and developed his character to eventually become the Attitude Era poster boy. I mean his famous line and Wrestlemania match legit happened near the end of the new gen era and then he was just super hot in the next era
-Attitude Era obviously Stone Cold although the Rock and Vince McMahon don't get enough love for them being big stars and they really should
- The OV4, Triple H yes the man was great in the Attitude Era but was overshadowed and in the Ruthless Agression era that's where he truly shined, Smackdown 6, HBK again, Vince again, Undertaker. This is where Taker basically has the best matches. Chris Jericho is a good mention
- The PG Era's biggest stars are obviously John Cena but also Rey Mysterio, CM Punk, Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton(bald version was hella mega heel), Alberto Del Rio yeah hate the guy but it's true, Daniel Bryan fighting the authority was amazing, the Shield debuting later in 2012 is a good mention best faction ever, Sheamus even, Chris Jericho
- Reality Era it's Roman Reigns yes but also Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins 2015, Brock Lesnar but also Bray Wyatt is a good case
- The New Era Aj Styles is probably the best option, Roman Reigns again, Seth Rollins, Finn Bálor, Becky Lynch, Drew McIntyre towards the end of 2019, Kofi Kingston and his Kofi Mania era.
-Thunderdome Era: Drew McIntyre had carried this until Roman Reigns came back and got the company going but there's also good cases for Edge because of his return and he was putting on some bangers too hella underrated imo
- Renaissance Era: the whole Bloodline storyline with everyone involved I'm not gonna do a long list of names y'all know who was involved, Günther is a good case with his presentation, Seth Rollins I do agree with, Cody Rhodes great pick obviously, even LA Knight is a good case
- Paul Levesque Era: Cody Rhodes yes, Jey Uso I do agree with and a future pick I'm gonna mention is CM Punk with the whole CM Punk and Drew McIntyre rivalry going on and Drew in a rivalry right now with Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Title
Golden era hulk hogan. Attiude stone cold rock tie my opinion. Ruthless aggression era and pg era john cena
This is actually something I’ve thought about quite a lot so imma just give my opinions on who “the guy” was in each era.
Though before I started imma say 2 things
1. WWE always seems to have A guy but also ANOTHER guy who basically of equal importance at the same time to imma be listing 2 names
2. Imma be changing some of the years around cause legit the reality era started at the latest in 2012.
Pre-historic era (pretty much any time before 1980):
The Guy: Bruno Sammartino
The Other Guy: Bob Backland
Golden Era (1980-1992):
The Guy: Hulk Hogan
The Other Guy: Randy Savage
New Generation Era (1992-1997):
The Guy: Bret Hart
The Other Guy: Shawn Michaels
Attitude Era (1997-2001)
The Guy: Steve Austin
The Other Guy: The Rock
Ruthless Aggression Era (2002-2008):
The Guy: John Cena
The Other Guy: Batista
PG Era (2008-2012):
The Guy: John Cena
The Other Guy: Randy Orton
Reality Era (2012-2016):
The Guy: John Cena
The Other Guy(s): Early: CM Punk Late: Daniel Bryan
"New" Era (2016-2020):
The Guy: Seth Rollins
The MAN (Other Guy): Becky Lynch
Pandemic Era (2020-2021):
The Guy: Roman Reigns
The Other Guy: Drew Mcintyre
Renaissance Era (2022-2024):
The Guy: Roman Reigns
The Other Guy: Cody Rhodes
Paul Levesque Era (2024-???)
The Guy: Cody Rhodes
The Other Guy: TBD
Pg era is still wm 2014 because randy was in top run in late 2013
Also 2016 - big dog roman was face of the company since seth only gain into main event or world title picture at 2019 so he can't be the guy.
The other guys can be tied between 4 people actually - Brock Lesnar ( he had his dominance from 2016 - 19 in world title ), aj styles ( face of sd ), seth Rollins ( the face of 2019 men's ), Becky lynch ( the face of 2019 women's).
Also for thunderdome era - it can be easily switch between drew and roman.
The guy - drew
Other guy - roman.
And the other guy in current era is easily Gunther and he is going to be future rival of Cody since he eliminated him 2 times in rumble

My guy you lost it the the ruthless aggression era 💀
How is Danial Brayan not even mentioned.
His impact was more outside of wwe
1st im glad that in the attitude era u picked stone cold and the rock.
2nd id really like to watch a vid of you picking ur top 3 in different categories for instance : accolades, heel, baby face, mic work, faction, storylines etc. that would be great if u consider that as a future vid .
thanks for the daily content!
Bro he picked Austin not Rock😂
@@StraightEdgeKnight19 yea i missed the "not" the rock but thats what i meant
Am I stupid or was Randy Orton just not mentioned during the PG Era? Even if it’s just an honourable mention, he deserves that.
I think you should have mentioned Edge both in Ruthless Agression and PG era, also Orton won so many titles in the PG era.
I second santi oiling up for a video
This is best video from since wm 40😮
You should do your Mt Rushmore for every era @mrSantiZap
I think 14 - 16 has to be seth rollins his mitb win, cash in betrayal of the shield, and amazing world title run.
The Next Goats of WWE is Austin Theory👍🏻
For me 2005 - 2017 will always be John Cena era! Regardless of new superstar coming or Lesnar being the beast still Cena was without a shadow of a doubt the most popular wrestler specially in that time 12 years of greatness🐐
No Randy ortan in PG era? Like seriously?
John Cena was the face of Ruthless Agression era
Nope, it's HHH.
undertaker was real Goat of ruthless aggression era overall.
You didn’t forget about Mami right?
Right after she won the Woman Championship from Charlette Flair, she was the face and was both Baby/Heel,
Do a video on the smackdown 6 and some of their top matches. And most importantly where you rank them!
Day 17 of asking for top 10 alive vs dead WWE dream matches
Mankind deserved a mention in the attitude era😫😫
Santi I agree Wikipedia is actually 🔥
For the "Reality ERA" I would go Daniel Bryan
Because of the show WWE rivals, could you do a top five or top 10 video of your favorite rivalries in WWE history?
Cody won tag titles in the renaissance era
14-16 is the Authority era to me
Ruthless Aggression is most definitely Perc Angle
How can you not mention name of Kane in attitude era. He was a monster in that 5 years
The "Renaissance Era" was referred to the current era we're in by Cody Rhodes which is also called the "Paul Leveque Era", not from 2021-2024.
Crazy that Undertaker was not mentioned
Day 1 for asking santi to rank the most notable storylines from the PG era
The 2014-16 era not mentioning Daniel Bryan was criminal he was so over and as for the pg era you can’t mention cena without orton definitely another person who should be mentioned
Santi, if this gets 1000 likes you must go bald and have a moustache like Steve cold
No way john cena is the attitude era
Hey santi :), I just wana tell you this idea for a video: What about if you make a list with your favorites video promo of all time (like the video promo of Punk vs Cena in MITB) 🤔🤔
Pd: personally I love the video promo of Daniel Bryan vs the authority in Wrestlemania 30
Damn idk man, I think Triple H and Cena gotta be tied or it’s Cena period. I understand how big of a draw was Triple H was, but John Cena run between 05-08 was historic man.
There should be a “Territories Era”
08-14 belongs to Randy orton thank you!!
2014-16 I don’t think it’s right not to mention Seth Rollins
Please make a video about shawn michaels showstopping matches in your opinion or make a tier list about his matches at wrestlemania
"It's the we'll see match." Expert subtitles.
no Daniel Bryan for 2014 - 2016 is CRAZY
Brock was the guy and you know it.
Forget eras 2005-2018, john was the face of wwe
Jey could be the face of just add a few more moves to his belt. He got the crowd, he entertaining, you want him to win, he just need like three more move set and he golden.
We need female GOATS of every wwe era
PG era an honourable mention would be Daniel Bryan
