Can you do a video on best area for out of State renters with careers. So many people are moving to Texas. But not everyone is able to buy a home currently. IDK just a thought

Great thought! I would say Plano and Addison are great places because there are so many career opportunities, entertainment, and wide range of rentals. Both homes and apartments. Arlington is also great because it's centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth.
