- In this hunting video we shoot Egyptian geese and crows. Some good shots and indispensable, my dog Stone doing his job great again, 11.5 years old!

For those who have not yet observed the hunting warnings, viewer discretion is advised for this video. Wild animals are hunted and shot in this video.
Beautiful double at the beginning. Those flying away shots are low success ones for me. Stone is looking quite dignified in his retrieves. Slower but steady. Your crows look a lot like ravens. Surprised that blind worked. It would be a tough sell here. We'd use layouts by the ditch instead. Wishing you and yours a great 2022. Give Stone a couple of pats on the head from me. Happy New Year! Thanks for all your support this year! Glad you wrote a lot of comments. Stone is very reliable, you send him out and you can keep on hunting, knowing he's bringing it in. He's slowing down a bit, but after all these years of hard work it's okay for me. He can still hunt with me as long as he can keep it up, after all his years of loyal service! 🐶Too bad they don't live to be 50!

Hi John, thank you and happy new year! The first two? I guess 40-50 meters. I use 28/32 gram (depends on the season) 3, steel hv.

We have a joke how to cook wild goose. You take a goose and a rock and put them to cook in same pott. When stone is coocked the goose is also done. Hahaha

W polsce nie możemy strzelac krukow a jest tego bardzo dużo. Trzeba coś innego wymyślę aby się ich pozbyć. U was jest normalny kraj u nas dziwny .pozdrawiam z Polski. DARZ Bór.

@@adrianopatrone4581 Hi, you can find them (next to Holland) more in Scandinavia, some in Belgium and the USA. They are (long time ago) related to dogs like the german (longhair) pointer, small munsterlander, epagneul Francais

How do you find it and what price are you paying? We are £470/1000 for bio wads and £360/1000 standard plastic
Hi Boris, lead is banned for many years here. You get used to it and depending of what kind of brand shells the price is between 260-360 euro (plastic, .12, 24-32 gram) you should get a decend brand for 1000.

I'd love to know how one could look into buying one of these dogs as I use springers myself mostly for woodcock but would love a setting dog for pheasants beside the normal pointer English setters
Hi Jonathan, on the main land we have breeds like the Dutch Partridge dog that work allround. If you like spaniels, you will like this breed. Not a wide hunter like the setter, but great to hunt rough patches, reed etc. The white makes them easy to follow. I got a son of Stone that is used for breeding.
