yay! I found the Campaigns quite handy.. I think building is quite easy to pick up as it's a creativity thing.. but learning the ropes of how things function is quite complex.. the tutorials are good for that
@@punnypuns5103 advice would be to move around doctors - fire useless ones haha.. i think you need to rearrange the building too if i remember rightly...
Often times if that specific doctor cannot diagnose it and everything is greyed out I choose a different doctor with diagnostic skills under the same patient. A differential diagnosis has saved me so many times lol

I say, put a donut table in the histology restroom.
