House is good, but few draw backs, in ground floor room, there us no cupboard, kitchen upper storage is not there, no chimney, there is no exhaust fans fixed., Even in the master bedroom storage capacity of long cupboard is very less ( as it is master bedroom, storage should have been more), home theater room is too small to be converted to bed room aswell.
