I just bought this, for the general solution, what does the number at the c stand for? (shown at 1:12 ) when you change your input it switches up, what does it mean though?

Constants are simply numbered to distinguish them

I have the app but am not sure what i would use to input this question. I would have to input dy/dx but not sure how to do that.
