Other way around fella, esters are the sweet; I just think banana esters and wheat beer. Great review tho. Really hope u had the pennies for Hofmuhl’s wintermarzen in ur haul too - I think you'll love it - I was a massive fan of that as well as this one last year. I was so sad when they were nowhere to be found come January that I’ve ordered 24 of each this time around lol.
Did you get this in the 12 beers of Christmas pack? I bought it last year and most of the beers were outstanding. I seen that this is on Trembling Madness and I definitely need to try it! I also got the Allgauer Winterfestbier, Einsiedler Landbier, Rittmayer Annafestbier, Faust Sommer Festbier and others!
