martis is one of those heroes that when you see your like "oh he picked martis" then he gets a kill and your like "ok not a big deal" then he wipes your team first turtle fight and your like "what when did he get that strong" and the second you respawn he takes your towers your base your soul and your will to live
Martis is an actual beast when it comes to collecting kills and stealing objectives, because of his unli cc and anti cc in his second skill it's so difficult to catch him because of his snowball potential and being a semi tank. Not only that he farms fast and can invade jungle which is one of the best things you can have as a hero His weakness is late because of enemies having full build.
However, his only downside was that he cannot penetrate the backlines if he cannot sustain long enough of the marksman he is targetting is out of his range.

it doesnt really contribute to his overall damage with his skill 2 tho That's why barely anyone uses endless battle on him Hunter strike has an 80 physical attack and physical penetration and a passive that's both good for chasing and escaping Im only seeing endless battle being an absolute damage provider with HS,BOD,MR and endless battle

Before even Martis had a buff with his passive. I actually used him a lot, 52% wr not that crazy. I don't always core/jungle but when forced to adjust I do so anyways and in that draft we had Angela and snowballing in the early game. Unfortunately, I couldn't carry in the late game when the gold diff doesn't matter as my teammates started blaming me as they were the ones underperforming XDXD.

Right off the bat I notice the use of 2nd activation of martis 2nd skill, unless going for a kill or escaping. The cooldown just gets longer from 2secs to 8 secs. Useful info when taking down jungle creeps.

What makes martis overpowerer is his ultimate skill, He can also be played as semi tank or even fully tank build, and he will still be a threat, his second skill and ultimate is straight up game changer during a teamfight

I can't believe I have to go through this type of draft every day, even in Mythic. Sometimes, they got in my nerves and had to stop playing completely for the day
Martis is good choice to be a jungle especially when the user have experience in fight and understands every builds which it's can bring victory easily (but not much if you have bad internet and teammates). But the most important is that the best rotation, correct and counter items, best timing, and always keep an eye like eagle on maps so you won't missed anything by the enemy movements if they tired to invade and snowball you. I played a martis Game AS well. I was 18/1. But at the late Game , i still lost, bc my Team manage to do everything wrong... Thats hurts If you carry the whole Game but Team still throwing
I have always prio banned martis because of this reason, but then one time i wasnt in the lower 3 slots I couldnt ban so I suggested a martis ban. Teammates didnt listen and enemy picked martis and as I expected, we were destroyed early to mid game. But since i was tigreal, i figured i could do something for my wanwan teammate who did decently on her own. I built GH (guardian helmet) with oracle to enhance GH effects, and dominance and blade armour to take as much dmg from martis as possible before martis could ult so my team could kill him. Even tho i died a lot, we secured the win, wanwan said “luv u tig” and i was a happy tank in the end.

Personally as a martis main I would say is he should be banned most often then not, if the enemy knows what they're doing, it's impossible gain control of map, because with the new emblem set he can move around the map fairly fast to join team fights, and with hybrid build which could include guardian helmet it's really hard to kill him. Nonetheless great Video beto.
Sometimes Martis is not enough, because in late game you're useless and if your mm and mage are bad you're 100% gonna lose late game no matter how hard you try.
I always auto ban Martis… I’m a Johnson main and crashing into him automatically puts me and my passenger at risk. Additionally, his CC immunity is too strong lol
Martis is strong for lower ranks and solo queues because he preys on people who don't know how to deal with him. In lower ranks, people don't understand how to play against martis. In solo queue, even if theres some people who do know, high chance of someone not knowing and giving him that first 2 kills he needs for the snowball. He's very weak if he doesn't get the snowball going, and late game he's not gonna be able to get anyone in skirmish's and wars. For those who struggle against him, Kiting is your best friend and map awareness is the key. Don't over extend against him. he can't scale as fast as most junglers and if he doesnt get kills or is able to disrupt the enemy jungler's farming he'll get outscaled quite fast and start losing all his early power advantage. No matter what hero you play, whether its a high cc mage or tank or a high dmg assasin or mage. Just wait on his 2nd skill while keeping your distance. once he uses his 2nd skill (if he's not fed u wont be less than 50% hp just from 1st and 2nd skill) you can run or burst him with ur abilities while cc'ing him while ur teammates help you kill/ get away from him. He won't be able to kill anyone if you keep on doing this while slowly scaling with more levels and items and he'll be useless late game.
Im otw to glory but its pretty hard to push to glory when my star reach 49, its always come with a lose streak till 43 or more but after that i got winstreak again. And the same thing happen for 2 week now.

Martis is OP. CC Immune is broken. You can counter him with Franco. Healers are also good against him. Also, you need to be cautious in early game. In the late game he is not that strong if you not far ahead in farm

wrong. The mark only means that enemy is below 40%. It doesn't guarantee a kill with the ult. test it yourself with the damage bot

I had a 78 wr with martis in 80 matches (reached mythic) but he gets banned a lot in lower ranks so i stopped playing him. Still one of my fav heroes

I played a martis Game AS well. I was 18/1. But at the late Game , i still lost, bc my Team manage to do everything wrong... Thats hurts If you carry the whole Game but Team still throwing

I have always prio banned martis because of this reason, but then one time i wasnt in the lower 3 slots I couldnt ban so I suggested a martis ban. Teammates didnt listen and enemy picked martis and as I expected, we were destroyed early to mid game. But since i was tigreal, i figured i could do something for my wanwan teammate who did decently on her own. I built GH (guardian helmet) with oracle to enhance GH effects, and dominance and blade armour to take as much dmg from martis as possible before martis could ult so my team could kill him. Even tho i died a lot, we secured the win, wanwan said “luv u tig” and i was a happy tank in the end.

Personally as a martis main I would say is he should be banned most often then not, if the enemy knows what they're doing, it's impossible gain control of map, because with the new emblem set he can move around the map fairly fast to join team fights, and with hybrid build which could include guardian helmet it's really hard to kill him. Nonetheless great Video beto.

Sometimes Martis is not enough, because in late game you're useless and if your mm and mage are bad you're 100% gonna lose late game no matter how hard you try.

Martis is strong for lower ranks and solo queues because he preys on people who don't know how to deal with him.
In lower ranks, people don't understand how to play against martis. In solo queue, even if theres some people who do know, high chance of someone not knowing and giving him that first 2 kills he needs for the snowball.
He's very weak if he doesn't get the snowball going, and late game he's not gonna be able to get anyone in skirmish's and wars.
For those who struggle against him, Kiting is your best friend and map awareness is the key. Don't over extend against him. he can't scale as fast as most junglers and if he doesnt get kills or is able to disrupt the enemy jungler's farming he'll get outscaled quite fast and start losing all his early power advantage. No matter what hero you play, whether its a high cc mage or tank or a high dmg assasin or mage. Just wait on his 2nd skill while keeping your distance. once he uses his 2nd skill (if he's not fed u wont be less than 50% hp just from 1st and 2nd skill) you can run or burst him with ur abilities while cc'ing him while ur teammates help you kill/ get away from him. He won't be able to kill anyone if you keep on doing this while slowly scaling with more levels and items and he'll be useless late game.
Im otw to glory but its pretty hard to push to glory when my star reach 49, its always come with a lose streak till 43 or more but after that i got winstreak again. And the same thing happen for 2 week now.

That's why I always ban him if I get the chance. There was one time that another player said I am noob since I banned Martis, and guess what? I got MVP and that strong player got bronze lol.

Martis second skill is just broken. Fast Cooldown, immunity, less damage taken and can also CC.

Martis is OP. CC Immune is broken. You can counter him with Franco. Healers are also good against him. Also, you need to be cautious in early game. In the late game he is not that strong if you not far ahead in farm
