I’m seeing so many college hitters swing like this now it’s crazy. Then I check who they follow and you’re always on the list lol

i love how he emphasizes how much barry bonds is on his back leg. It really shows us how much pressure to apply!

Riiiiiiight. Except Bonds isnt on his back leg at all. Crazy what people will believe and how little they think gor themselves.

@@mbrum3230 how do you know that bonds isn’t on his back leg?

@@Tarnished-honestly just check the video. He transfers weight off the back foot to front. His back foot...like many great hitters...is almost off the ground. Let me know what you are seeing if u think i am wrong.

@@mbrum3230 it appears as if it’s almost off the ground because he transfers his weight onto his toes probably as a way to put more power into the ball

Years of being taught by ill informed coaches on how to swing the "correct way" with my "hands to the ball!" or "don't drop your back elbow!" Never was able to figure out what was wrong with my swing when I was younger. But now in the form of me a decade later at 23 years old, watching any of Richard Schenck's videos on hitting, I now just go out for fun on weekends to hit, and hit the ball better than I ever have been able to in my entire life

I really don't see him talking about the hand snap. I love your lower half instruction but I can't seem to grasp the hand/wrist snap

The boy was frustrated on his way home and said he was being instructed to try 2 new things. “Extreme one leggedness” and hands I think he described it as “flicking the bat early.” I said step into my office let me show you something…

Judge is an impressive athlete with a great approach at the plate, just wish he'd push those darn sliders to right a little more instead of a swing and miss because he'd average 65 homers a year! Good luck Judge, I look forward to seeing you rock this year!

Judge also hit 52 homers in 2017 before this guy

I'm trying to get the best way to say it he's not getting how to flick his hands early there is something I am missing.
