Chevys... Chev ro~Leave~It~Lay... LOL... I used to love hanging at the drive-ins where all the hot cars and fast ladies hung out, and hear all the jokes the hot rodders made about the different makes of cars. Fords, Chevys and the Mopars. As a basic Ford man, "Mustangs" from the 60s and 70s, I have always had a high level of respect and admiration for any kind of car as long as it looked good and was fairly quick. Johnny did a great job on the Chevy castings. If ya think about it, Chevrolet came out with the little round tail lights in 1960 all the way to 1965 and I thought all designs were cool. Another great video here!!!
@stevemason5173 Thanks Steve! I appreciate the flowers! 😁 I profess to be a Mopar guy, and I am, but I can't put down anybody for what they dig! I've had a love affair with cars since I was a wee boy, and it just won't stop! Nor do I want it to! And I'm pretty sure you're the same way! 😉
My Dad had a '67 Caprice with the 283 Spitfire. We also had a '68 Station Wagon with the 305 and electrical issues. Then came a '74 Impala Station wagon. Lime green with a 350. It was our first car with air conditioning.
What's up, T-Joe! Yeah, man, those big Chevy's were a part of my childhood too! My mom had a '68 and a '71, my grandad had a '60, a '65, and a '74, then I went thru a bunch of them when I started driving. Most of them wound up broken. 😆
