Personally I think their outfits are okay and in fact, they´re very very pretty, as long as every member gets outfits appropiate for their age I don´t see a problem. In case they didn´t then that would be a real, REAL problem. The real problem is the CEO, like wtffff, so creepy, I hope New Jeans girls are not in any danger or having a hard time thanks to that questionable and creepy asf woman.
I think the ETA controversy is very creepy. In the music video New Jeans tell their friend, who is on the way, that her boyfriend is cheating on her with another girl. The end is quite confusing but it makes it seem that New Jeans´ friend killed or at least did something to both her boyfriend and the girl he was cheating on her with. She put them in her car´s trunk and drove far away. I´m not entirely sure but I do remember seeing her drive the car into a pool in one of the music video versions, although that might just be my imagination. The one I´m very sure of is the end where she ends of at a cliff and stops the car there. I don´t know, if you put more tought into it it´s very very creepy.... But it´s just a concept, like, it´s ok, it´s not that deep. I think they did amazing and I´m still gonna listen to the song, lmao
the song cookie I just didn’t like the song the lyrics made pause and think if the song was really about a cookie because it sounded sexualized. The girl fetishes and romanticizes sick things and she gives off pedo vibes but what’s also pissing me off is that she’s using newjeans to satisfy her desire
I think New Jeans is an outstanding k-pop group, I gave my opinion on their """issues"""" in other 3 comments, but appart of those things, which are enot really the girl´s fault since they´re not really in control of them, I think New Jeans has a LOT of potential. I just hope the girls are happy where they are and with what they´re doing and that they´re not in any danger! As long as they´re happy, safe, and healthy! 💗

New Jeans discography is beyond perfect. Exept for that one coca cola comertial. I don´t feel annoyed about the iPhone thing, bc at least we didn´t get an "iphone mashita" song. fr, coca cola song was just not it. It does give a weird feeling that hybe payed for them to be the embassadors of those luxury brands, while many other idols have to pave their own way into achieving that, HOWEVER there´s a possibility that theory isn´t true. I don´t think a luxury brand would need the money a k-pop agency could give them in exchange of making their idols the embassadors. It´s just not convenient for both of the parties, neither for the brand, nor the k-pop agency. It doesn´t make a lot of sense, but at the same time, New Jeans is quite popular, and have pulled off amazing achievements and gone really really viral! I´m sure they´ll get there soon, but they´re not YET in the world famous level other groups are. So that´s why it´s kinda suspicious. They are beyond amazing, and have a very bight future ahead of them! so none of the possibilities make 100% sense. Anyways, if it´s true that their company payed for them to be embassadors, then it´s kinda... idk... unfair?
