Thanks you for putting out these issues, even I sense these things but GST ke Bina koi pg activate nhi ho rha tha, isliye socha ki dukaan ke sath chalu karta hu starting me, but wait kar lunga for GST and Shopify ke sath start karunga.
Brother, I can totally understand you. I tried in every way, even I loss my toil of 1.5 year with them. They are just ignoring these cases, deleting proofs from social media. We have to change the platform because we alone can't fight with these millionaire backed startups.

This not very helpful. Your problem is, all your oders are getting cancelled. You should address it. The negative balance and need to pay money is all because of your extremely high cancellation for which you should be responsible. 5% charge is fine for a free account. You get payment processing and free website / app with front and backend. Still great value for money for a free account.
