Warm Coats, Bright Smiles: 2023 Operation Warm Events

Volunteers from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana and Healthy Blue Louisiana handed out brand-new coats to more than 1,000 children at North Louisiana schools. Coat giveaway events took place in partnership with Operation Warm. Children, school faculty and volunteers share what giving and getting new coats means to them.
