- Today April 7,1945 is the day Operation Ten Ichi Go was initiated and the day the Yamato was sunk
Yamato (大和, lit. 'Great Harmony') was the lead ship of her class of battleships built for the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) shortly before World War II. She and her sister ship, Musashi, were the heaviest and most powerfully armed battleships ever constructed, displacing nearly 72,000 tonnes (71,000 long tons) at full load and armed with nine 46 cm (18.1 in) Type 94 main guns, which were the largest guns ever mounted on a warship.
戦艦大和は日本の誇りです
Я с вами согласен
A few design flaws but it was an amazing ship. And crew
how many ships is killed by yamato
@@emiryldrm4460 0 it only Engadget in aircraft to my knowlage
@@ProGamer13782actually 2comfirmed
Be careful... Because YAMATO is here!!!
then end up getting destroyed by modern navy fleet
BISMARCK IS ALSO HEre
May boy you must go in heavy modernization to fight against modern ships
Then be aware because USS Missouri is here.
If the Yamato’s crew weren’t a bunch of people who could barely fight it would have been legendary. Some design flaws but also the crew was at fault. Also who agrees the old Japanese flags better?
pride of the Japanese fleet
My favourite ship
Good Yamato ship😊
Do you know that my fav battleship ever is IJN YAMATO!
Same but her sister ship musashi is always forgotten
@@krishnawala5190 it is good? Battleship? Cause idk
@@UKball_EDIT look it up on Google same look same weight just a bit longer than yamato by some meters both were twin sister ships like u can see they look exactly the same. Yamato is just more popular
@@krishnawala5190 i feel bad for musahi
@@UKball_EDIT yea it's very underrated and mostly not known to many people only some naval historians have an idea about it

Thanks bro
Yamato 🔛🔝⛩️🥇🦾🗾🗿
Ten-go was an amazing example of how US AirPower had won control of the seas. The biggest battleship in world history was sunk, alongside a cruiser and four destroyers, and the Americans only lost 10 planes. Japanese casualties were around 4000, US casualties were 12.
my birthday is april 7th :)))
Ten ichi go🗿
USS Missouri is better because it’s still floating today, and has had better upgrades
Tha IJN Yamato also known as the biggest artificial coral reef and also the biggest submarine, lol.
美女と野獣 ヤマト 🌸
ALTHOUGH INDIAN ,,MY FAV WW2 SHIP IS IJN YAMATO
Is this footage from a documentary or what?

🎉😢
Sorry Yamato, you only took down 10 planes 😂
It actually took down One escort carrier and one destroyer so it's not a complete lost
Still better than usa battleships
USS Gambier Bay crying in a corner
Not by gunds lol. Huge yamato's huge explosion shock wave destroyed 7 planes. On the other side, Americans are afraid to face to face yamato. Cringe America.
@@Sheffy_bismarck 🤡
Only 12 Americans killed and 3,055 Japanese from Yamato were killed 😂
This is a video to commemorate the people who died on that day not a video to mock the people who fought for there own country (even if it’s a edit video)
@@Hanz_edit_1930 don't mind the hate comments mate. Cool edit hope you post more of this kind of content/videos
12 americans killed, yet millions of americans and westerners crying like pussies
What is so funny
You also don't know the struggle of Japanese soldiers who were willing to die for their country
