Alex. This is an awesome project. I have almost completed cutting out all the pieces for my own. My question is, do you use any glue between the large pieces when doing the final assembly?
Thanks, I didn't use glue between large pieces, but now I recommend to glue it, because after assembling I noticed that some parts moves a little. But if your cut is very accurate you will not get such effect.
I useed glue "88" of Ukrainian production, instruction: apply glue on both surfaces, wait about 10-15 minutes until the glue dries, squeeze the glued surfaces. In the USA it calls "Contact Cement"

Don't understood question... you need to cut pieces by scroll saw or laser, then just assemble (shown in this video). Or do you ask how was created the pattern? I used 3D Studio MAX

Are you asking about pattern or project? I make pattern using 3DStudio MAX and Adobe Illustrator, for cutting project I use Pegas 16CE scroll saw
