He's thinking about some issues of their relationship. But she can't or won't see these problems...that's why she sleeps "soft and warm". What else that brought you to your opinion is maybe the sentence "I'm a fast breather. I'm a hairless dog". This could be a metaphor for "feeling naked" without her.

I disagree. The song is not funk or jazz. His clothes match the mood of the song. For example... I didn't like that Roger Waters was all cheerful in a The Wall concert I watched.
Whether people love or hate this song, can we agree that it's kind of gross when artists dress like homeless bums? I say it's time to bring it back to dressing nice, and with class. Do you really want to look like a depressed loser?
