Sir we can plot pv diagram for Quasi static and for that properties need to be uniform throughout ....but for control volume values of properties not uniform then how we can draw pv diagrams for those processes ?....( So we plot properties as we move from inlet to outlet instead of state ?) Rohit suppose you want to draw a graph for steam flow through turbine, so we assume a uniform condition at subsequent cross sections of turbine.. i.e. we keep on following a unit mass as it is moving.. so the system is not the entire steam in the turbine but a unit mass...and for that unit mass at any cross section we assume a uniform property value

Sir if I apply constant external pressure on a well insulated friction less piston cylinder arrangement will the process be adiabatic or isobaric?
If there was mechanical equilibrium intially, then your applied force will increase the pressure accordingly.
