Hmm. Hitting on 15-16 (according to my brain activity) doesn't sound too good.
Because from Ace to King, that's 13 cards. Hitting a 15-16 means you're hoping for a card with 4-5 (being the best case scenario) to anything lower. That's 5 possible wishful outcomes against 8 unwishful ones plus the chance of dealer busting.
