My histamine rises at ovulation and days before my period and its never ending cycle since my mid 30's now 46, estrogen dominance is a real thing and detoxifying is ongoin and mentally draining because not many doctors are educated about this or menapause for that fact they think you're hypochondriac, great for your knowledge on this topic at least i have you tube to get info on this

I just recently figured out that I might be histamine intolerant after I developed hives all over my cheeks and eyelids hours after I ate Gouda cheese. I've had many reactions previously to various foods and dust for the past 6 months, after I skipped my period for more than 6 months. It was then I started associating my newfound allergies to perimenopause. I started low histamine diet last week and today the last red patch on my face is gone. So glad I found yr video. I'm a health professional but sadly there's still so much for me to learn.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It would be great to know how you approached a low histamine diet.? Did you take any supplements?
Wishing you continued improvement in your symptoms.

@@amanthakingcoaching1026DAO supplements are not available in my country, so I only rely on strict low histamine food and increasing fruits & vegetable intake. I am slowly introducing probiotic food back into my diet with the hope of improving my gut microbiome. Wish me luck..☺️

I've started Hrt and feel my histamine maybe elevated as I'm having gut issues, acid reflux and bloating. Will changes in my diet help me tolerate the oestrogen better ?

Sorry to hear you’re having a difficult time. Cutting out histamine laden foods will definitely help…but you might need more information about how histamine production is being stimulated by oestrogen availability . I work with women to understand their unique biology and how this changes during menopause. Feel free to get in contact with me via my website www.amanthakingcoaching.com

I’m at a loss of what to do, I had no problem on the combined birth control pill but since moving to hrt (transdermal estrogen and oral utragestran) the flushing and burning itchy skin started, it’s definitely histamine related …

Hi my journey has lead me to your video. I'm post meno and started HRT (low dose estrogens) about two years ago for meno symptoms. My issues are progesterone sensitivities. I can not tolerate progesterone so I have used very little of progesterone and I believe that this is the source of my histamine issues that I now struggling with. Any suggestions on someone such as me that struggles with progesterone intolerance while using HRT? Thank you for your video!

Thanks so much for your comment…I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling. Are you in Uk? If so…a form of progesterone that is better tolerated is micronised progesterone and a branded version is called Utrogestan. It is served from yams and bio similar to our own natural oestrogen . It might be worth making contact with your doctor to discuss this? If you’re looking to boost your progesterone levels naturally…taking vitamin B6, magnesium and zinc can be helpful.
