Using more than a couple of screens on your computer can seriously kill transfer speed to them, especially if you are using USB 3.0, with 4 videos running 4 screens via usb 3 it caps out. So this is only do-able for something that doesn't send a lot of transfer data, else the usb connection will simply bottleneck, even with 3.0

He's using 3 keyboards (see them?) So they are spread over three computers. I've done six with two computers. You only need one screen to actually trade so the other keyboards get lighter use
He actually seems to be using one since he was able to drag a window across all the monitors at the same time. What he is probably doing is plugging all those input devices into the same computer so he can swivel in his chair without having to slide the keyboard and mouse around. Windows supports a virtually unlimited number of input devices including mice and keyboards. If you were to plug in two mice and move them in opposite directions, their movements would cancel out like a tug of war. With keyboard and mouse buttons, it is an additive process where every key pressed is added as an input at the same time. Basically, as long as he only uses one mouse and keyboard set, there will never be confusion and he will be able to use the setup in a more comfortable manner.

Windows has a built in display manager capable of driving a number of displays arranged on a virtual 2-dimensional plane allowing you to arrange your monitors in software to model their actual relative positions.
My guess is this trader has a good setup that doesn't appear all that often. Instead of just adding some second string setups, his answer is to add more markets. When people hear the phrase "paralysis by analysis" they get a picture in their minds of too many indicators and screens. However, not all indicators are the same. Sometimes one indicator out of many on your screen tells you there's nothing to analyze and the rest don't matter anymore. Can this trader handle 14 screens, sure, provided he can see at a glace if one is in play. A lot of platforms can be configured to give you audio alerts to reduce things to one screen in an instant. Me, I'd just add more setups and stick to fewer markets. Hey, who am I to judge? If it makes money, good for you.

Asis Kumar Jana You must buy some USB >> VGA adapters and USB HUB if you don't had enough USB ports. Next step - install all drivers, get the monitors to the right position in personalisation menu and voila, your trading centre is done ;-) Enjoy.
i use a MBP i feel i need more,NOT still wont make you a successful trader in anything,handy yes ,necessary no still each to their own and if it works well good for you
i trade with just 3 monitors...and I am happy with the results... why invest in this 12 monitore thing? you´re not better with more screens :) if you need space, trade with a projector
A Cabsalt Not sure what he is trading, but I trade Forex with (12) monitors. I watch (4) currency pairs at a time across (3) timeframes while scalping. And I use a separate terminal to execute my trades.

this is a perfect example for keeping things simple....

Spend $300-ish on a Quadro card and use 3x50" 4K monitors. Plenty of screen to work with and a reduction in the power bill!
At max, you only really need 6 screens. Not 1400
